LocalTel Communications Review

Great customer service. They understand technology. Wish they were located closer so I could use them.

We've been using Local Tel for our TV and Fiber internet services for almost a year now. Haven't had any down time w/ the net, which is pretty fast by the way, and no problems with our cable/DVR either. Pretty fair priced and from what I've experienced, great customer service. I would recommend them for sure.

We have carried LocalTel high speed internet for a few years now and have loved it so we recently added TV with DVR. The customer service was awesome, I was able to speak with someone right away without being on hold. The installer showed up within the first hour of the time block they gave me and had it installed very quickly. I would highly recommend LocalTel compared to other large cable and internet providers!!

We moved and needed to set up internet service with LocalTel and right from the start every person has been very professional and helpful especially Justin and Shane. I am impressed because this is not what you find at most internet providers. Thank you to Shane O'Flaherty for following up to make sure all the information that was recorded was accurate. I would recommend this provider over all the others.

The people I talk to, for the most part are really nice and helpful until I signed up for my new 'SureStream' TV service. Now people seem to be kind of confused about how to make it work. Yesterday evening I got a guy who admitted he didn't know how to make it work. Nothing but trouble with it!!

I've had every service provider you can think of... Comcast, Wave, etc. LocalTel is the BEST! It doesn't get any better than this. Three times the speed I was getting at Wave at half the cost plus free Fiber internet install. BOOM!!!

Paid the bill when closing the account, told me the last $30 had to wait for the next pay period, my friend which was primary was suposed to pay it and never did. I learned about 6 months later that he had not paid and they sent it to collections at $111 under my name only and claimed i never gave them my number to reach me at when I gave it to them in the office, even saw them type it in. Horrible service, lied to me and some how lost my contact info when the bill was due. Never getting service from them again.

This place has wonderful customer service i want to give a shout out to Janelle your the greatest...check out local-tel before you spend 100$ of dollars they start at 76 bucks

I think they have a few employees who do discredit to their good company.

Our service was installed in a timely manner/ customer service is amazing and we are happy with the quality of our internet.

Asking a simple question about what router to get for a hardwired connection and getting no answer from anyone at LocalTel?...on the phone with Spectrum now. What a joke!

Local tel has always provided us with outstanding service. I wouldn't use anyone else here in Wenatchee.

Speeds not anywhere near advertised except at 5am. Customer service is rude... Don't bother with this place.

I would highly recommend LocalTel for internet and TV services. They are solid (my service never goes down), their customer support is wonderful and often going out of their way to assist with my own router equipment.
