TERRIBLE!!! I hired a bathroom for a work, the bathroom never arrived, after days of waiting I contacted the company and canceled the order. 30 days later the company appeared on site to perform "bathroom cleaning". As? the bathroom was never delivered !!! and since then I've been receiving repeated billing emails, as if I'm in default for a service that has never been provided. I've tried a phone number dozens of times, they don't answer the phone, they leave it on for over half a half. Already forwarded emails explaining the situation, no use, they do not respond to emails and later send a new ticket. ABSURD!! DISORGANIZED COMPANY! DISrespectful of the consumer!

Since they do not resolve by phone and email, we go to google, we hire a bathroom container for an event that due to the pandemic, we were forced to cancel, at the time I asked for a refund and the employee said she would do credit, the same was dismissed and now I am requesting the amount paid (it is worth saying full) and there are exactly 22 days that the employee who introduces himself as Maciel, does not give an answer, does not respond to e-mails, says he passed to the board, I asked for the phone number director and he had the nerve to say that he doesn't have it and on the phone this morning 22/10/2020 at 09:43 he said I would be glad to answer my calls. A pity, terrible service, lack of resolution capacity on the part of employees ... unfortunate. I look forward to a prompt reply.

Terrible company !!! Completely disorganized and irresponsible. We rented 2 toilets for a day for an activity in a Federal Education Institution only came to remove the toilets 30 days later and this at our very insistence. On another occasion we rented the restrooms we made the payment by bank transfer but the event was canceled on the same day of payment. We request cancellation of the rental and request a refund. Sending email and call daily, do not respond to email and few telephone contact that could (because never meet ...) They informed me that they are expecting to receive a payment and then make our compensation. Anyway, we will go to court to request this refund. I DO NOT INDICATE THE COMPANY. A TRASH.
