This is the worst company I worked before, Avoiding this company would be your best choice.

I came to LOC for STS Tech Ser. What I experienced is easily the most toxic unprofessional workplace environment I've been around in 3 decades. I was on a 90day temp-perm position but the catch is the 90. So...LOC "evaluates" you pathetically giving them a reason to send you out the door just prior to your 90days. Which allows them NOT to pay your mileage. STS knows this and does absolutely NOTHING to support the machinists they send here. Easily the most pathetic unethical group I've ever made the mistake of working for.
My 35yr professional advice: RUN...RUN like the wind from STS and LOC. You'll thank me later.

Loc Performance is a fast growing company with many tenured employees, several who have been with the company for over 25 years. Despite our growth we maintain a very family friendly environment. I have been employed with Loc Performance for over 5 years. I have never worked in an environment that is as open to mentoring their staff and willing to give multiple opportunities for advancement. All employees who are dedicated, loyal and willing to put forth the hard work are rewarded and recognized. I am a very proud employee and look forward to many more years of working with the Loc Performance.

The loc performance in Lapeer Michigan should be shut down I had got hired In through a temp service , I was literally the only young black guy in there & I can tell they didn t want me there soons I walked In the door they barely trained me the supervisor Kevin was not professional at all they tried to find any problem with me they fired me my third day I didn t break any rules to me it was because I m black someone needs to take his position.

As a vendor of theirs, I can say without a doubt that they are very easy to work with. Never have issues with them, great company.

I absolutely love the work I do at Loc Performance. The management has created a family-type environment, and were quick to welcome me when I started. They are extremely flexible with schedules, and have the understanding that we are all human, and that things come up. As long as you are upfront with them, things will usually work out for everyone.

It is also important to realize that this work is extremely fast-paced. We are growing quickly, and need to make adjustments to prepare ourselves for even more growth. With that in mind, we all realize that there are things that may need to be fixed, but the management welcomes any suggestions from staff with their open door policies. After all, we need to work as a team to accomplish our goals. If you enjoy a team environment, this place is definitely for you.

On top of all this, we do work for the military. As a vet, it is unbelievably amazing to walk out on the floor and see equipment that I recognize (and I'm sure it is even cooler for our shop employees to be able to say that they built some of it).

I cannot recommend working for them. Their leadership truly does not care about their employees. It's all about the $$$. The shop gets extremely hot in the summer and they still push their quotas and work you like a dog. In my time working there, two ambulances came for people with heat stroke. Yet working conditions remained exactly the same. They talk about treating employees as family, but then treat employees like livestock. They do not train much, and then truly breathe down your neck to verify that you hit their quota. High stress, fast pace, toxic work environment. And if you mess up anything, they need very little reason to fire you.

I ve been at LOC for a little over a year now. So far being there is a good experience on a lot of levels. I started with no experience in the cnc machining industry. I ve learned an immense amount of knowledge that will lend a helping hand in my future here at LOC. Every day is a learning experience and I look forward to what the future holds!!!

Completely disrespectful company would not recommend giving business to them. employees are rude, there logistics department is a joke would highly not recommend. Would avoid hauling there freight disrespectful to the supply chain industry if its not there way its no way.
