This Grocery Corporation and CEO should be absolutely ashamed of themselves in the way they are Hiking the prices of food. STRAWBERRYS went from 4.99 to 9.99 recently. ORANGES. Almost 2 bucks an ORANGE.THE LIST GOES ON AND ON.
FOR A CEO TO MAKE A YEARLY SALARY IN THE MILLIONS WITH BONUSES IS OBSURD. Her salary comes with HIGH Grocery prices for everyone.

Very disappointed in the customer service department from head office. I had an issue in regards to the brampton superstore and i spoke to Angela from customer service and instead of taking down all the details she had her own opinions. I was told a supervisor would call me in 2 business days. Its been over week. And this is head office, what an embarrassment
Yiur corporation should be ashamed of it self charging PC MasterCard clients 24.9 % from 19.99% your company definitely took advantage it s a damn shame that you only take from the consumer. Your CEO should be very proud
The Pickering Loblaws has signage on entry that it is compulsory to wear a mask upon entry with no disclaimer as to the legal definition starting this Friday. This is misleading the public to believe there is an additional degree of safety upon entering this store. Many individuals, including staff are not wearing masks. I believe this should be pursued by the local bylaw enforcement. Regards RB

I bought a 5kg (11 lb) box of frozen chicken legs from The Real Canadian Superstore. When I opened the box instead of individual frozen chicken legs where you can remove as many as you want at one time there was ONE LARGE frozen lump of chicken. Neither the ad nor the box stated that you must cook the chicken all at once, however food safety specifies that you should not defrost then refreeze meat, that you should cook it as soon as it s defrosted. I couldn't cook 11 lbs of chicken at once. Was this chicken defrosted then refrozen once it reached the store? I contacted the company through their web form but never received a response.
As we all know Loblaws is parent company of Nofrills. I bought a piece of salmon from Nofrills at 5710 Main St, Whitchurch-Stouffville from the moment I brought the salmon home we opened it to package it and place it in the fridge but there was the nasty smell of the rotten fish. I took it back to the Nofrills and confronted the on site general manager about the situation and he said we cannot accept this return.. I told him i have paid for this product and its rotten and cannot feed it to my family. it is very disappointing for a multi-million dollar company that do not want to accept that their product is rotten and in return blaming the customers for it. I am attaching a picture showing my receipt and the product.
I would never ever go back to this store and will never make this my mission for everyone to know what is going on in this company.
I would suggest Loblaws to investigate this store as i was going through the comments of this store i realized i was not the only one who was looked down at because of my race in this store.

I'm really upset with this corporation, they would not let me price match broccoli at real candian super store with food basic for each broccoli but have it in next week flyer at RCSS for EACH 1.99!!
