Great knowledge, price and service from the team at Lloyd Cooper. Made me the very happy owner of a brand new Vespa.

My first experience of Lloyd Cooper Motorcycles was when they fitted a new clutch cable. It was in the winter and whilst waiting, Russ in the clothing and accessories shop kindly took me through all my options to keep my fingers warm. He allowed me to open packages and try on different glove sizes and battery combinations to ensure that I got the right fit and solution for my needs.

I have since been back on two occasions for servicing and repairs and have found the service to be very friendly and helpful all around. On both occasions I have taken advantage of the courtesy bike dropping off my machine in the morning and picking it up the next day. I am happy to recommend Lloyd Cooper Motorcycles for servicing, repair or the purchasing of kit to all bikers.

Awesome motorcycle dealer and the only one I've found I can completely trust. I've serviced all my bikes here since I found them in 2006 and I get great service every time - great communication, they do what they say and always have a smile and a chat. Buying a new bike from them was a great experience - I got exactly what I asked for and they made the whole process easy. Cannot recommend them enough!

Great, friendly service and good workshop. Gave me a loan bike and did a great job of repairing some damaged panels on my bike and doing a thorough service. They even cleaned up my grotty chain - I know from experience this is a horrible job! Recommended.

I ended up buying a new bike simply because of the all round good service provided by sales person Chris at this dealership which is clearly a good trustworthy place to deal with.

Being able to find a good quality Bricks and Mortar dealer that can provide, sell & ship via On-line and Telephone was great. I was apprehensive at first, not being able to visit the showroom, But from my first enquiry (which was answered within 20 or so minutes) through the process of agreeing the price, arranging the finance and the shipping to my home, I have received outstanding service.
No pressure to buy, however an easy to engage with Sales Executive, that took the stress and fear out of buying remotely.
My new ER-6N arrived yesterday in perfect condition, at the time and day agreed. I am delighted. Going online has saved me money, and because Motorcycles direct were able to arrange the finance on 0% the saving is not eroded by interest over the term.
Highly recommended. Thank-you to the team that made my Motorcycle Purchase possible.

If there was a zero thats what i would give, will never purchase another motorcycle from them. Worse ever purchase, full of excuses, blaming me, no empathy whatsoever.

Shopped around for the bike I wanted at the price I had in mind. Settled on the bike from Lloyd Cooper especially after making a couple of phone calls to Chris who was very knowledgeable about the bike and his job. As he said he wasn't going to risk his head or his companies reputation by being economic with the truth.
Everything was processed smoothly and quickly with complete information and documentation.
Delivery was very much appreciated, on time and with all documentation by a very good Matt

Ah brought bikes from here. Buying a bike. Go for it. I would just avoid servicing your bike here. They have left wheel nuts loose on my dad's sv1000 once and the brand new ninja 600 I brought from them they left loads of nuts and bolts loose after first service. Also like to note they charge a lot.

I just bought a z1000sx and the customer service was impeccable the the price was good. Recommended.

Husband went in and bought an exhaust part and was very complimentary about the service. He said the guys seemed generally interested.

Only popped in to look at a bike ended up trading mine in and getting another bike.

I initially took a CBT with Chris who, I discovered on the day, is not only an excellent CBT instructor, but also sales manager at Lloyd Cooper.

The CBT went well and I decided to purchase a new bike and as Lloyd Copper is close to my home why not from them?

The people at Lloyd Cooper are very friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention helpful, and through Chris and his colleagues, not forgetting the other Chris, we managed, after a couple of very relaxed meetings, to find the exact bike for me, a Honda CBF 125.

I honestly cannot recommend Lloyd Cooper enough, they will sit and listen to your biking needs, and its not all sales, in fact I never got a sales pitch at all... what I did get was sound advice and solid recommendations, they are genuinely into bikes and biking... not only that but you'll always get a cup of tea or coffee, plus... if it's just a chat you're after that's always on tap!

Just happily returned home after my first visit to this shop. Great selection of bikes, clothing and accessories and helpful staff. Really helped me out with my bike and the workshop was able to see me the same day!

Great service from Motorcycles Direct in purchasing my new Kawasaki Ninja 400. Sales exec Ryan was friendly and helpful and offered me a competitive deal.

Had a number of options added to the bike including a tracker. Everything was fitted exactly as I required. Also had the bike delivered. Arrived safely and in absolutely perfect condition.

I brought a new piaggio fly 125 from these guys , and it arrived yesterday. The guy (Chris) was very helpful. I am happy with the sales service that he have given me. Couldn't say anything about the bike service work, coz haven't used them yet for that kind of service. So far happy to recommend them.

Lloyd Cooper was the only dealer that provided all the information I needed, about the bike, about the finance options and about my trade in. All staff were very friendly and helpful and at no point was I pressured to make a purchase. Can t recommend them enough, handover was well organised and the bike was presented in A1 condition.

It was a real pleasure purchasing my new Ninja from the guys at Lloyd Cooper, I was always made to feel welcome and the spec, deal and finance terms I was able to choose were totally ideal for me.
Once I settled on the bike I wanted (helped by Kawasaki's vastly improved website), the purchase literally could not have gone more smoothly - everything was explained in good detail and picking up the bike (on a Sunday!) was really convenient (it was March 01 - hence the shop being open).
The experience since has also been great and I'm looking forward to the bike's first service. I would recommend Lloyd Cooper to anybody looking for a new or used motorbike.
