Great company with friendly, polite office staff and Lawn Care personnel!
I had to ask them to not blow the little bit of leaves from my patio
because it was scared my kitties! They were very nice about the request and the gentleman
that had used the blower came to the door and apologized! Really nice guys!

Last year Living water burned my lawn during an application of fertilizer. I called and they sent Jeremy the tech back out who applied the fertilizer. Jeremy was rude said "it will grow back it's only tip burnt". I pushed back and said that the first two applications didn't burn the lawn why now. Jeremy reply was "our liquid fertilizer is stronger so I will note your account to be granular fertilizer". Burnt lawn and I was still billed and Jeremy told me I had to pay. Jeremy also had to return to apply a flower bed treatment because he forgot an entire section of our property. Durning there last visit Jeremy again applies a liquid fertilizer and absolutely fried our front lawn. I called and requested a manager come out and look at my lawn because I was not paying this time. Manager arrived apologize for my lawn waved my bill and noted my account that Jeremy was not to return so I gave them another chance this season.
Well they sent out Jeremy and he once again sprayed my lawn and treated my flower beds. I now have 13 dead bushes 3 more bushes dieing. So I called and talk to the office staff who transferred me to someone named Pat. Pat has zero listening skills, because as I spoke all Pat repeatedly said Jeremy is our best tech I will send Jeremy back out to look at your bushes. Not once did Pat apologize.
Customer service is not part of Living Waters business plan, they don't listen to the customer, there techs are not fully trained to understand and managers don't listen to the customer. We gave them several chances to provide there service however they simply don't have qualified staff that can read or follow instructions. I strongly recommend using another company.
Living Water is the best. A larger local company that has the size to serve all your needs, that hasn't forgotten the importance of customer service, a personal touch, and commitment to an excellent product.
We needed numerous shrubs and a red leaf maple tree trimmed... Reed and his team did an awesome job!!!... They were professional, punctual and did a great job trimming everything....We re very satisfied customers....
Switched from another competing lawn company. Decided to give Living Water a try. They have been outstanding! They are true to their assessed quote, and our grass hasn't looked this green in a long time! Love the customer service too. As far as we're concerned, our business is theirs to lose! Thanks Living Water.
Update 2021: After many years of waiting, we were finally able to purchase a sprinkler system for our home. Hank and his team were outstanding, professional, courteous, and delivered on every level. I'll repeat what I said above, as now with the system in place, our grass is even GREENER and HEALTHIER than it ever has been, even in previous springs. Thanks guys!
Honest company to the point of referring you to other companies if they can't get done what you're asking for. I appreciate a good, honest company!
