The product selection is great. Very slow customer service. The ticketmaster desk had only one customer service rep working on a Friday afternoon which is when most people pick up their tickets for events. A total of 18 people standing in line at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. A second rep appeared at almost 5 pm then proceeded to fix her hair & apply makeup before finally starting to help customers. This isn't the first time I've seen the ticketmaster line this long there either.
