I was the lead supervisor for maintenance for last 4 years . I loved working with everyone at liveactive tenants and coworkers except our wanna be HR/facilities manager. I love knowing and seeing all the positive reviews from tenants .I've worked with about me and the maintenance team. I would have to agree with the tenants on alot but keep in mind the leasing staff have nothing to do with deposits and or charge backs or fines so please take it easy on them. Thats the managers responsibility and again thankyou very much for giving us the positive reviews looks like maintenance is the only positive feed back on here. Farwell liveactive hope the new owners get rid of the problem of LA and takes better care of all you!!!

Maintenance here is amazing so nice and very helpful! I had a problem with my piping in my kitchen area where it was causing a backup. There was water and food pouring out from behind the washing machine onto the floor. They were quick to call someone and have them fix the piping. Right after the problem was fixed they came over and cleaned everything for me even unplugged the washer and dryer pulled them out and got behind and under them! They cleaned everything and made sure there was no mess before they left !

James was quick to get on the work request I put in for my leaky shower head. He was extremely informative, friendly, and tidy! So thankful for all the maintenance employees at Live Active as they are responsive and ALWAYS respectful- I've had nothing but wonderful experiences putting in work requests as they are taken care of immediately. Thank you for your hard work and making my stay at Live Active truly exceptional!!

This is the worst place to live if you re looking ...

This is the worst place to live if you re looking for a place that has good management. It has been over 2 months since our lease ended and we haven t gotten our security deposit back. My roommate and I have been in contact with management this whole time but no one seems to know where OUR money is. Even when I try to ask simple questions in emails, all I got back was a one sentence reply not even answering my question.
My advice to you is to steer completely clear of this apartment complex and find a place that is reasonably priced with management that is actually helpful.

Multiple times double charging rent, when asked for a refund, they couldn t. Hot tub was only luke warm at best when available. I felt like I was disrespected when talking to the office (always talked down upon). Tried to charge an extra month at end of lease because they claimed they miss wrote the lease. And advertising amount of apartment is misleading, they add extra charges that should be included in original amount and still advertise for a cheaper amount.

Update: tried talking to them over the phone, twice, they said they would call me back both times and it s been a week now with no response. I ve still yet to receive the security deposit back from them, it s been extremely over the 21 days they said it was going to take.

2nd Update: Ironically, after I did the last update, I ended up getting my check three days later. Printed the same day I did the first update, and sent next day. Thank you for my money, everyone else, be cautious.

Been living here for 2 years and have horrible exp...

Been living here for 2 years and have horrible experiences. We have had numerous appliances break throughout the years including the fridge and furnace. We have had the maintenance crew in our apartment many times attempting to fix our furnace. This last time, we were told "good thing its almost summer so you won't need heat." However, whatever was done created a horrible electrical buzz that can be heard from outside the unit and we were told it would be a month or so before it gets fixed (its been 3 months and its still broken).
The worst part about living here has been the move out process. We were informed several different dates of our move out and this date was changing nearly daily. Unfortunately, I am suppose to be self isolating past my move out date and was told "there's nothing we can do. We're a business and we have to continue to operate through this". Meaning, I am being forced to potentially infect a large amount of people as I move out due to Live Active not approving an additional 2 day stay.
Would not recommend living here!

We lived here for over two years and would NOT recommend living here. Live active over charges for everything and they have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are not willing to work with people, they are only in it for the money.
If you ever have troubles and need to go to the office, they will belittle you. Do not recommend having Hannah as your leasing agent. She is not helpful, welcoming or nice. You get vibes that the office crew has a "clique".
The workout room/pool/hot tub area is nice, but if it's shut down multiple times a week, it defeats the purpose?
