My husband is there for PT and we are very impressed with this place. All people who work there are so courteous, helpful, and friendly. Food is outstanding. My husband is getting spoiled in there. Highly recommend.
Little flower manor looks great on the outside , and there are some genuine workers, but overall the place is a joke. I ve seen for myself, they never have enough staff present, especially the CNA s. A resident could be screaming for help and someone MIGHT come 20-30 minutes later. They hire younger kids in the dietary department, over work and under pay them. The head of dietary Thomas Brown, stalks his workers in the kitchen and personally I think is racist considering he only hires African American workers . He will fire the best workers he has and keep workers who steal food , take plates and plates of the residents food home for themselves and eat while touching the residents food which is very unsanitary. They only meet state standards because they are tipped off they are coming. The security guards only sit on their phone and don t pay attention to any camera. I also have insight on another worker who left Little Flower because they had bed bugs and tried to cover it up. Please listen when I tell u , DO NOT work in this facility. You will be taken for granted, and do not put your family members in the facility because if they are at all dependent for help they will get the bar minimum help. If I could I d give it NO stars .

Little flower ! Where do I start? You guys are the worst nursing home I ever worked for. I liked yall at one point, I'm not going to lie. Only because I needed to gain experience to get to the wonderful and bigger company I work for now , which by the way pays for my nursing school. They love to have those mandatory meetings all the time to be better and do better. But that's a joke. Management and the cnas love to gossip about everybody and everyone and even love to accuse people without any proof. I'm praying and still praying that you guys will one day get it together and treat the GOOD CNAS AND NURSES with respect. The only ones I feel bad for is the residents. The cnas do not give top quality care, they talk about the residents in the hallways, they argue with each other. I mean it's ghetto. It's unprofessional. Call bell lights are ringing all the time. I mean falls happen all the time. I mean I believe maybe manor care or Saint Francis WHICH ARE DOWN THE STREET FROM THEM. Their PROBABLY ALOT BETTER. YOU FIRED A GOOD ONE LITTLE FLOWER MANOR. Who actually loves to work with people and gives top quality care. BTW! I never gotten fired or written up from a job before I came to you guys. So this should tell you something. I wasn't the problem. I could have sued If I wanted to and actually had spoke to a lawyer about it. They wanted to pursue but I'll be the bigger person. STAY AWAY FROM LITTLE FLOWER.
I interviewed at this facility about a year ago and it was beautiful. It was very clean, well kept, and It smelled nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was extremely impressed. Someone just asked me if I knew of any facilities for their loved one and I pulled this page up which led me to leave this review.
Our family is so very grateful for the loving, exceptional care our mother received there. She took full advantage of the daily activities and the socialization that was provided. She enjoyed sitting outside by the Serenity Garden when the weather permitted. Thank you Little Flower!
I & my wife were patients there at seperate times, the care they gave to my wife & I were great, If i have to be placed in a facility, this is the place I would choose. The staff & the rehap staff are great
I USED TO WORK FOR LITTLE FLOWER MANNER WHEN I WAS 19 KNOW 43 AFTER THEY FIRED ME FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T DO THANK YOU FOR OPENING MY EYES SINCE THEN IVE BECAME AN EMT AND A SOU CHEF
This is an excellent facility- very well run. the entire staff and management are incredible and can t do enough for you. Truly Angels to their patients.
