Against appointments, the zzpers on Saturdays and public holidays just start at 07.00 with their activities with all the noise around it. Even after complaints and promises nothing is changed. Public areas are unnecessarily used (parking spaces are lost) and they do not cover their containers, so that litter can be found everywhere with every breath of wind. After complaining, some cleaning is done, but the cause is not grabbed containers remain uncovered day and night. Are very unfriendly to deal with, unless you are a supervisory authority.
