Is it me or is everything regarding beer and liquor getting more expensive? I remember when 12-packs of micro Brews would be on special for $9.99 or $10.99. He'll now you're lucky to get one for 17 bucks. And forget about any customer service. Their cashiers seem more intent to keep an eye on you making sure you're not ripping them off then providing any service.

Why is it necessary to ALWAYS ask for my I.D when you clearly can see Im taking it out of my wallet???? Thats annoying to a 35 yr old who knows what the process is in your store... Give the costumer a damn second would you? Also the dude standing at the door with his arms crossed mean mugging all your customers like he is there to intimidate you into NOT stealing is a little over board. Tell him to smile once or twice and maybe say thanks have a nice day or something... I would much rather pay a few extra dollars somewhere else to feel welcomed.. Im sure you as an establishment could care less though considering all the drone alcoholics that pour into your doors....Prices are good though....

Best wine selection for the best prices anywhere in Northern Colorado. Actually, probably anywhere in the region. Tons of wine, look for the ones that have been reviewed by staff, they are usually great deals and big winners. I am so spoiled by this place I can't go anywhere else.

At the time I rated liquor max I was pretty upset that they had been taking Samsung pay for the better part of a year then all the sudden stopped. They stopped even though their system was capable. The only explanation was that it was like someone wrote them a bad check.

Called to ask about a beverage. With out taking a second to look or type it up, dude said no without hesitation

Best liquor store in town for beer. You can find just about anything including limited release and rare beer. Looks like a good wine selection, but I don't buy wine.

Really friendly staff that were super helpful when looking for gifts or hosting a party. They have a large assortment that is well organized. I love Deb and Tony- they are worth the visit- Lovely people!

But a quick tip- call ahead to be sure they have what you're looking for. The drive through guys aren't very helpful if you have questions, or if you're not sure what specific beer/wine/booze you want.

There's always someone near to answer your questions about wine or help you locate an item. Prices are reasonable and selection is fab. Staff picks w write-ups are super helpful!

Huge liquor store! Good booze, good prices, and good customer service.

My so went in there tonight. Has tourette syndrome. Was denied service thinking he was drunk. I have been a customer since you opened. I will never ever buy one more item from you. He is a fireman, saves lives. He has seen more than you will ever know.... You all know me. You will be shocked you did this to my family.. My son. I will never forget. I will never set foot in this store again!!!!

Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. But the liquor selection was great.

They have a great wine selection with great prices and knowledgeable staff. 5 star for the store and staff, but the parking can be a hassle for they are very busy with limited parking

I love this place! Friendly knowledgeable staff, always help with selections when you just aren't sure what you want! And I love Tony! He's funny and friendly and extremely helpful! He's never inappropriate and always has a smile on his face! Definitely my number one liquor store!

this is my go to place for wine , beer , and whiskey. The staff knows there stuff and the prices are great. I was really happy when these guys opened up a couple years ago. The selection is amazing.

I went to this store a few days ago, and asked about a military discount. The individual who helped me said they did not give one. The reason the emplyee stated this is because according to them they have the lowest prices in the area. I checked my receipt and they charge the same amount as just about everywhere else. I went back today to get some clarification. The manager told that all there prices are competitive. His customer service was horrible. He told me i can shop somewhere else from now on. I'm a combat vet, i do not expect a discount. I do however hold to being honest and courteous, this store however does not. To all my brothers and sisters past and present i would suggest a different liqour store.

In response to the owner I'm surpised you would attack and or insinuate has to my honor in telling this story. But you still ignored the rest of my complaint and opted instead to try and make it personal. So again i ask is it typical business practices for your employees to mis qoute fact to sound better and sell more. Still waiting for a response to the original complaint.

Great service, prices and selection...there's even a drive-thru for the drunk on the go! The only dislike is the parking lot designed to accommodate half a dozen Smart cars :)

The variety is good but the dude that thinks he is the mask bouncer cast a shadow over my last two visits. Not sure I will be going there anymore....

I searched all over Loveland for a special liquor that I needed to make a cocktail. Went to Liquor Max who coincidentally just ran out of it. They helped me fill out and order form and called me with a week when it had arrived to their store. This situation and others has proven how willing their staff is to go above and beyond for their customers. Also, I have found their prices to be FANTASTIC. For example, I saw that the biggest bottle of Jameson was $10 cheaper than two other stores. It is currently the same price as it is at Costco.

I went through the drive-thru and I went to the wrong drive-up window (there are two and I went to the first one). The man working was rude. There isn't posted signage about driving forward. Anyway, when I ordered wine, his attitude was also negative as if it was a nuisance to help me. It makes me not want to go back, even though it's convenient.

Called to see if they had a particular burboun. The first time I was put on so long I hung up. Not a big deal, I called back and was connected with the owner, at least that's what he said. He had a terrible attitude like I was bothering him. So I asked him if he was having a bad day. He told me "You don't want to be helped, and we are very busy so you should call another liquor store". So I took my business else where, you should too!

Mostly very helpful with questions and directions where to find a particular wine I am looking for. There used to be a gal who worked there who would always give great suggestions on good wines. Haven't seen her there in a while. Noticed prices went up. The cashier girls need customer service training. They act like you are bothering them. Never a hello or did you find what you were looking for. You say hello to them they barely reply but that's all you get. Ive been coming there for a long time, pretty much tired of this service. Time to find a new place if this continues.

The deciding factor about LiquorMax is their Customer Service. The comments earlier have never been my experience and I'm there weekly. Their prices may not always be the lowest, but they will go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for, quickly and efficiently. Manager Kathy, seated by the entry door, will drop what she's doing instantly to walk you to your choice of beverage. Jodi at the checkout is always smiling and eager to serve. Thanks LiquorMax!

Large store with excellent selection of vine, beer and liquor. Many local beer breweries represented and good selection of foreign vines and beers. Best store in town!

Its a liquor store! But seriously, great selection and great prices. It is always nice and clean in there and the staff is friendly. Not sure if they have a loyalty program but that would be nice. I will be back.

Busy. Tight parking lot. They put in a drive through that really screwed up one of the parking rows because cars are now driving on the wrong side of the lane.
Good selection of premium priced liquor but rare sales on the standards in alcohol.
The beer coolers on the south side do not have enough room in the aisle to see the selections. If you stop to look you are blocking 6 others trying to get through! They really packed that aisle with a bunch of weird product.
If you want a pleasant shopping experience expect that you will hit roadblocks from parking to paying.
I left so anxious I was tempted to crack open my purchase before I had left.

Wow so many choices i like to buy singles of beer very often and this place has a huge selection of beer singles, and the staff have left comments on their recommendations via yellow stickers by the price tag, great store!

This is our go-to store for craft beer and good wine re-supply! Luv how there are staff recommendations on many beers and wines, and all the staff are friendly and helpful! We live in Estes Park, and they also have the best prices around :-).
