Called tech support for a product question...guy had the typical fu I don't want to help and don't have a clue about the product I'm selling attitude! Wonderful country we are living in----no wonder all the customer support is going to call centers in india, south america, vietnam, etc, etc....bc that's how bad it has gotten in u.s.a.....u get better customer support from people who speak broken english and read off a script!!!!
