Everyone from the reception staff to the ladies in 1C4, the woman in Admitting, and the clerk on 8C lacked compassion and absolutely didn't care about anything other than when their next break was. Rude, disrespectful, uncompassionate people who absolutely don't belong in healthcare. None of these people were shy about showing just how much they didn't care.

The nurse I encountered caring for my grandfather was kind. The physician Dr. Walker was also kind and attentive, I felt that I could trust him. He made himself available and answered all questions.

The ancillary staff in this place is terrible, and that does make a difference. My grandfather wouldn't be here if I had a choice in the matter. Will avoid this place in future.

WORST HOSPITAL IN THE BRONX AND NYC.
MY GRANDMA and I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS HOSPITAL TO DIFFERENT CLINICS AND JUST SO SURPRISED IT WON AN AWARD FOR WHAT? BEING THE WORST HOSPITAL AND ITS ON GENERAL. MOSTLY RUDE DOCTORS x NURSES AND DON'T CARE ATT ALL.

My experience with Lincoln Medical Center is limited to getting my two Covid vaccines. Both times the staff was fantastic. They were well organized and I was in and out in half an hour. They were also very professional and extremely nice. Overall a great experience!

My experience with this hospital has been bitter sweet. My father was admitted into the hospital on mother's day weekend. And the staff on the 9th floor was amazing. Especially Dr. Pillai, MD and her team was warm and understanding. My dad was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Dr. Pillai did all she can do to keep my dad comfortable. The RN'S on the floor just to name a few were Dawn and Christian.They made the whole family feel comfortable during the last days of my dad's life. All questions we asked the staff about my dad were all answered. The 9th floor deserve a standing ovation. Kudos to Dr. PILLAI FOR all that you did for my dad.

The nursing staff is great. Appointments take a long time best get there 30 mins before your actual time.

Do NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL FOR EMERGENCIES! I came for a sprain hand which i feel was worse than sprain..and i went to the er and all they did was xray my hand and sent me home with motrin for pain..they scheduled a hand surgery which i thought was suspect because no one called me about results about my hand. Here comes the day of my appointment and still no call so i called to reschedule my appointment until i get more details. Someone calls around noon and tell me i had another appointment a WHOLE WEEK! She also indicted that they was closed monday because of a holiday! What hospital closes on a HOLIDAY!!!! So i expressed my concern that i would be going to another hospital but was there any results...She inquire yes THEY didnt tell you at the er? but since you are going to another hospital they will give u an x-ray and tell you...SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

Got my first dose of the COVID vaccine here. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, some of the people facilitating the line seemed annoyed to be there (understandable due to the stress of the job and it was near the end of the day). The line wasn t terrible and overall a very positive experience.

Do not even attempt to call to make a appointment.
They will just have you on hold, and when someone finally picks up they will place the phone down for a few minutes (you can hear them talking or breathing) than hang up the phone on you. Happened 8 times in a row.
The doctors have no bedside manners and you are better off treating yourself. Have a horrible experience EVERY-TIME I go. I watch the doctors and nurses talk about the patients who are in pain and they mock them. Do not go to this hospital!!!

Its gotten alot better, has a gift shop, dinner, but you have lots of places outside to get food, taco bell, McDonald's, bakery, discount stores, etc, but back in the day, people dead just waiting to be seen, so yeah I say thats something thats not happen anymore, so thats good. but its still have all the junkies outside, so that not good... bus 19, 2, 1, 32. Trains walking distance 4, 5, 6, 2

If you get a job interview here, BEST OF LUCK! They make you wait half an hour more after your actual time of your interview. You will be interview with 2 other people & ask you the same questions they ll be asking the rest. I was disappointed because I thought it was a one on one interview & at the end of the interview, one will be eliminated like if you re on a game show. For those that gets it, get ready to take a test.
