We recently bought a 2017 Ford Fiesta from Brian Hoyt at Lincoln Heights Ford in Ottawa.
When we began to look for a car, we were unsure of exactly what we were looking for . Brian helped us focus our needs and wants and then combined this with best price and car history. All of this was done online which for us was perfect due to the restrictions with Covid.
The car was clean, in great shape, low miles and they made the buying process easy and streamlined.

Incredible service! I now understand why Lincoln Heights Ford is rated so highly for their customer service. I was able to get an appointment to view a car within 15 minutes. I was served by Chris Braceland and he was amazing right from the start. He was so knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and really took the time to show me all the specs and details about the car. I had been to other dealerships the same day looking at other cars and the service Chris provided me was incomparable and really made the difference. I felt confident in my decision going with the car at Lincoln Heights Ford because of how helpful and knowledgeable Chris was. Even after I had paid and the keys were in my hands Chris helped get settled into the car and waved me goodbye! I truly do not have any complaints and I would recommend Chris and this dealership to everyone I know.

We bought a 2016 Ford Focus at Lincoln Heights in December 2020 and received excellent costumer service. Mo and the whole team at Lincoln Heights were extremely helpful and nice. We live in Quebec so they took care of the Quebec safety check and even licensing for us which we greatly appreciated. The car was ready when we came to pick it up and everything was up to par. They offer great after-sale customer care as well. We are very happy with our purchase and enjoyed the whole experience. we highly recommend it!

Well, Our first new car purchase. Amazing experience from start to finish. They had the only 2020 Ford Expedition with the stealth package left in the city. Started by calling and spoke to Dave the sales manager. He set me up to see the vehicle with Darius. Can't say enough about Darius and his great customer care, he had the car already set up for a test drive before we got there, after the drive he felt that we weren't sure about the sheer size of the vehicle so he set us up to take the Explorer ST out within minutes. Ultimately we needed the bigger car and decided to go with the Expedition. A lot of give and take at this dealership. From feeling like we got a fair value for our trade in to getting the adequate discount on the new car the whole process was great. Not only was the process great we bought the car on a Wednesday and they had it delivered rust proofed and paint protection completed 2 days later. Again kudos to this dealership and especially Darius who has already called me to check up on us and how like the car so far. Highly recommended!

LOVE MY FORD ESCAPE!!!

I was really impressed with how helpful Mo was during my recent car search. He was clear and direct in explaining about the car (the Energi) and in answering all questions. Not only was he knowledgeable but I also felt like he wanted me to find the right car for me.

I took a look at a couple vehicles here and the staff was extremely helpful. I mostly dealt with Mo, and he was quick to address any questions that came up when looking at both their new and used inventory. Very knowledgeable staff, I d recommend coming here.
