Every SINGLE time I come it s over an hour of wait time in the room My appointment was at 3 it s 4:33. It was an hour before someone tried to come in but because I was on my phone they left to another room I wasn t on the phone but about 5 minutes COMPARED to the HOUR wait. If you re just 10 minutes late , boom they make you re-schedule like you re still not going to sit and wait even if you re on time. Aside from that the staff is lazy the lady at the front desk looks like she s in a bad mood the rooms are dirty, there s literally lubricant sitting out in the table. Don t EVER come here. :)

Really great experience! Dr. Andrew Warren is professional and really nice and kind doctor with heart on the right place. He cares about how you feeling and he is really trying to help you! My boyfriend had a lot of issues and Dr. Warren was trying his best! Thank you so much! Everyone is nice on reception if you are polite and nice.

I started taking my daughter to Lincoln pediatrics about 4months ago (keep in mind she s 4months) and the first time i went it was okay, i registered and they attended me few minutes after my actual appointment. The next follow up appointments they took forever. The lady in the check in window by the family/kids waiting room had a face with an attitude,but with people she knew she was all friendly. I would go to my appointments and wait a hour and a half just so they can see my baby for like 15mins and leave. KEEEP in mind that i would also wait inside when they would call me in. I moved so i live 40mins away from Durham. But i decided to stay with Lincoln for them to take there time to attend me. My daughter pediatrician is a really nice lady i like how she treats her but i can t be doing that for the next few years. I ve come to conclusion that ima change her to another pediatrics.

I've been getting my medicine and doctor visits from here since november 2020 and they have friendly staff here. Since covid though things have been a bit different but they are all kind and try their best with patients. The newer staff members at the front desk may be a little incompetent sometimes and depending on hours they are packed with nowhere to sit but if you have patience, it's worth it.

Wow- what a great experience at Lincoln. I was able to register and be seen all within 4 hours. Everyone was polite and cheerful. Dr was great! I will return.

Office staff is very unprofessional. They wait until the last minute when you have an emergency appointment to tell you about recertification. Send emails in the mydukechart notifying patients of their recertifications. So unprofessional make me sick

Very good place to be assisted but you have to be patient
