My daughter is an OB patient and at every appointment she is left waiting for hours to see her doctor. I get that babies are born during office hours but the doctor is there and just constantly behind not due to a birth is unacceptable. I was understanding at first but after 8 months of the excuses from the office staff it's disappointing Dr. Naiden can't respect his patients time as he asks them to respect his!
Update: after calling the number provided below in response to my original review I spoke with a man about my concerns regarding this policy. He obviously didn't take my complaint seriously and even went on to tell me that this policy was in place because, "some people don't appreciate the opportunities given to them." I was shocked at this response and explained to him the my OBGYN canceled many appointments, day of with me. After a short and unsatisfying conversation with this man I realized that nothing was going to be done to change this policy. This morning I received a phone call from the clinic trying to schedule my 6 week postpartum check up. I politely declined to schedule with this clinic and am still looking for a respectable and kind OBGYN in the Yakima area.
If I could give it a zero I would! Not only was my OB hardly involved in my pregnancy and delivery but the rules around scheduling are outrageous! I scheduled my six week postpartum checkup at my two week check up. My OB canceled the first appointment so we had to reschedule I couldn't make it to the new appointment so I called to cancel. The receptionist then informed me that she couldn't schedule me for six months because I had canceled three appointments. The six months is a punishment for missing appointments and has nothing to do with availability. I just had a baby! Some days we just can't get out of the house! What a complete joke, no understanding for new mother's. It's a good thing I don't suffer from postpartum depression, domestic abuse, or other pressing issues that are assessed and taken care of at appointments like these. I do not recommend this clinic ladies.
Worst experience. Place has really gone down. Had to go through three doctors and my experience was still awful. Dr jackobson was the worst one. Kept telling me everything was normal but wouldn't listen to my concerns just brush them off. If you want to have a horrible experience for pregnancy then I would go here otherwise please look else where.
Check in is always quick and easy. I love that they try to do everything possible in one visit rather than in separate visits. I've had the best possible experience on the OB side of the clinic. I see Wendy Stone as my midwife. She is great! She makes the mother feel as comfortable as possible and she's quick with exams and easy to talk to if having any problems during pregnancy. She delivered my son and she was wonderful. That's why I'm seeing her this pregnancy.
On the pediatric side I had nothing but problems. The nursing staff was nice but the doctors and practitioners treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about or like I was just an overly worried Mom even though I had raised two children already.
To start this off, i would give 0 stars if i could. I start going here a year ago and from the start I would have issues with how the doctors and nurses treated me. The office staff was decent to deal with, but watch out for the doctors and nurses. I have a reproductive system syndrome, my doctor there told me "nope, you don't have that" even though the ultrasound she ordered comfirmed it... then two different doctors there wanted to tell me what I research was a lie. I had 3 other doctors comfirmed that my tests where low and they kept saying "no the test results are fine." "Nothings wrong, come back in 3 months for more help if nothing chances." Like thanks for the help. So happy i found a new doctors office that is ACTUALLY helping me. Had one appointment and alreadyhave answers. Never going back here again!!!
Worse experience. I wouldn t recommend anyone going here. The doctor that was supposed to help me with a personal issue didn t do anything but blame me on my problems.
Dental office is 5 starts the hygienist and every dentist there is friendly actually listens to your concerns and they always remember my kid's name!
The pediatric side I can't say the same for. I used to be able to get a apt for after 5 PM as i work but now its impossible to get a apt within a month. I also don't like the fact my kids dread going to the DR office because they hear that they are overweight each time
I chose this clinic based off a recommendation and I have been so satisfied! I began seeing a gynecologist here after leaving another clinic dissatisfied and have continued care here throughout my pregnancy. My doctor is always insightful and helpful. Their portal is easy to use! You can email a nurse with questions and I usually hear back the same day. Even when you call in to speak to a nurse, you hear back within a couple hours. They have an in clinic lab and tests results are available very quickly. They have so many resources available like a dietician on staff and a counselor that spoke to me about post-partum depression. Even though my doctor is on maternity leave, working with her partners have made things very smooth. I always leave feeling heard, like my questions are answered and like I am treated with dignity and respect. 100% recommend!!
All three of my children are seen in one building. Its very convenient. The staff for both medical and dental are amazing. My children are comfortable and excited when visiting....
They refused to do a procedure because my son brushed his teeth. We followed their instructions, no food or drink for 8 hrs prior and for "safety reasons" they cancelled and we rescheduled. Not only that, they originally wanted to do this procedure 3 separate times, when in all actuality it can be done all at once. Corporate greed at its finest here!.
