We rented the limo bus for our 13 year olds birthday! We couldn t have asked for better service! The driver, Alexander, was awesome! The girls had so much fun! We will definitely use them in the future!
Both our arrival into New Orleans and our departure were professional, on time, in beautiful SUVs, and the drivers were so personable! We highly recommend them if you are headed to New Orleans! Our arrival flight was 7 hours late due to weather and they still accommodated us! They were patient with our flight being changed 3 times from Atlanta and still had our driver and car to take us to the hotel.
Great company to work with. Hired a limousine for transport to and from airport as well as several tours for when we were in New Orleans. Graham was wonderful to work with and all of the drivers we had were all lovely. Was very pleased with my experience with this company!

I booked them for a 3 AM pickup to take me to the airport. My booking was somewhat last minute because my other car service canceled that night. They totally took care of my reservation and had me booked and worry-free for the rest of the night. I was anxious at first because I was worried someone would cancel on me like the other car service. Chandra was very helpful in assuring me that everything would go smoothly. My driver Eddie was awesome and even arrived an hour early, per my request. Great experience!
I have given out 5 stars all around in this city. The town car had lots of extras. Our driver even checked our flight time when when we arrived 40 min early and was there to greet us. He gave us a mini tour of the city and quieted down to let me rest when he checked on me to see I wasn't feeling well.

Amazing service and on short notice. I was very impressed from the moment I started receiving email confirmations. I felt a sense of relief with each communication, with this being my children s first trip on their own. Their chauffeur, Ronald B., was amazing. He was very kind to the young adults he transferred. He interacted with them and gave them important information for their safety while in Bourbon Street and where the best food was and activities were. Superior service!! Thank you.
I had the pleasure of using Livery several times for different occasions. Each time they impressed my guests. It's obvious that they pay special attention to the quality of chauffeur team they employ. Obviously all limousine companies have limos... that's their business. Very professional and the Chauffeurs were wonderful. Booked a Limo and Charter Bus for my Brothers Wedding. Both chauffeurs were wonderful. It was raining and both guys made sure all of the guest on the bus got into the venue without getting wet. They personally walked each guest to the door with their umbrellas. They made the night much easier. Thanks guys....
Mr. Ambrose was professional, courteous and truly dedicated. His ability to navigate through the people and tight roadways of the French Quarter were impressive. And his skills were very appreciated as my family got to finally enjoy some vacation time together.

My headphones were caught up in the seatbelt when I exited the car and I didn t notice. I contacted Daniel my driver and he confirmed they were there and was going to be back in my area soon. He returned to my hotel and I got them back. So nice to see honest employees still exist. Besides that he was providing great info of the area as we drove to the hotel.
