Poor response.. customer has to beg for a service/ support.
The thing I like about the company is its complete restaurant solutions. For example its POS solution is a complete billing platform that operates in the offline mode. Really helped us and simplified the management bit for us
I highly recommend the software system of LimeTray. They help us with marketing, operations, inventory management. Great value add to managers in the restaurant.
We Tied up with them and paid an advance as well, after that they disappeared for months. leaving us nowhere. After calling them so many times, they started the services and they were soo bad, I had to turn off their device.
One of the worst aftersales service ever come across. A true disgrace. I'm going to Lodge a consumer complaint against them.

Once they sold their product,they don't recognize you. Big issues with software
1- system get stuck during bill generatin
2- not getting any booking from website
3- stor inventory can not be done
4- not able to take feedback from guests

Its the worst software and it will be a night mare if you buy it and they will never listen to you unless you have to make payment and they will sell their 10 years old product at high cost and they will not update it even after deployment but surely they will promise you to update their software but they dont. Beware from them.
What I love about LimeTray is that they have made a custom cloud POS solution that works offline and on-the-go. Such a great feature, makes management so much easier!

Well, I am your customer and having invested my company"s time and money on your system , I feel guilty of having given a wrong advise to my organisation to chose your application ..
The basic requirement from any online ordering system is that in the event of a payment failure at the customer end , a message is displayed to the customer that his order has failed due to payment failure. The orders dont reflect in dashboard / show up as failed in Merchant dashboard whereas there is no update to customer, who in turn keeps gettng debits on his account by his bank.
When no transaction failure message is displayed to customer by ordering application, the customer ends up waiting for the delivery of items ordered !
The retailer merchant loses his face as he is left clueless about any such orders when customer calls up after many hours !
And believe me Limetray Team claims that a requirement of a transaction failure message being displayed to customer, is a special requirement !
The team is arrogant and endlessly keeps shifting goalposts and blaming the payments failures to Paytm ...but why not just simply let the customer know that his order has failed ?
Fighting over this issue for last 4 months and even the CEO does not respond to our emails !

Customer feedback and pos billing software are not working. Also no one is responding from their end. Very disappointed. It must say they provide worst services ever.

They dont have any authorise person to talk.
This software have some real issues.
There are 15 people who talk for the same problem but no-one is capable to solve the issue.
I was trying to upload my inventory item,recipes.
offer tab is use less.
you have to hier 3 different managers to access all the functions.
There user permission tab is so confusing for customer care too.
its stop at any movement.
you have to clear your browser memory 10 times a day and sync takes lots of time each time and lots of problems.

My personal experience they made our website and generated few orders, but they keep the on-line payment with them only, didn't transferred to the vendor account after so many complain and even complaint to the company promoter too there is no solution .
So guys be careful before dealing with this company.

Both the software and team do not cooperate with you. Thinking of taking this software after thinking a lot. And it is necessary to have too much accounting. Delivery is not necessary for everyone who has taken money. Those who can not do it also promise to give and take money and stutter. My experience is not good about software and team.
