Well, I am your customer and having invested my company"s time and money on your system , I feel guilty of having given a wrong advise to my organisation to chose your application ..
The basic requirement from any online ordering system is that in the event of a payment failure at the customer end , a message is displayed to the customer that his order has failed due to payment failure. The orders dont reflect in dashboard / show up as failed in Merchant dashboard whereas there is no update to customer, who in turn keeps gettng debits on his account by his bank.
When no transaction failure message is displayed to customer by ordering application, the customer ends up waiting for the delivery of items ordered !
The retailer merchant loses his face as he is left clueless about any such orders when customer calls up after many hours !
And believe me Limetray Team claims that a requirement of a transaction failure message being displayed to customer, is a special requirement !
The team is arrogant and endlessly keeps shifting goalposts and blaming the payments failures to Paytm ...but why not just simply let the customer know that his order has failed ?
Fighting over this issue for last 4 months and even the CEO does not respond to our emails !
Disgusting !
