Poor customer service. Called to check on trade in for a rebuilt car I had and was told to come to the location drove like 100 kms and then the guy said we cannot do trade in on the rebuilt vehicle.

Stay true to your word guys. Disappointed.

Great customer engagement. The used vehicle of interest was good, they went above and beyond to provide service, in the end, we opted for a vehicle elsewhere, but still a great choice there.

I drove all the day to New Market from Ajax for a Honda Accord EX-L because their price was 1-2000$ cheaper than everywhere else. I had a few issues with the interior and they agreed to clean/fix the issues. I picked up the car a week later and couldn't be happier. Great customer service!

I spent about 3 at Limestone Motors, I've tried several cars , for one of them they hat to order anew battery so I could test drive it! I ended up not buying a vehicle at this time, they reduced the price and added warranty. They gave great service they were busy but still took very good care of us! They earned the 5 stars! :)

Just called them to inquire about a car. They were immediately forthcoming on the phone about the car's accident history saving both of us significant time. I am aware of a lot of places that would refuse to disclose that information up front. Hopefully, I will get a chance to buy something from them in the future. Their reviews online seem good.

The only thing that I wish is that they were part of the Better Business Bureau as well as UCDA. For what it's worth anyways. The fact that they have been in business a long time is good though.

I have been wanting to trade in my current car for some time now. Prior to visiting Limestone Motors I have had the opportunity to visit 4-5 other dealerships in the Toronto area. All of the sales rep were either arrogant or aggressive when it came to trading and buying their cars. After reading multiple reviews online about Limestone Motors I have decided to make the trip out to Newmarket to pay these guys a visit. Right off the bat Frank and I got along. He greeted me as soon as I got out of my car. He provided a fair assessment for trade in and I was able to test drive some of the cars I wanted. Frank and Rob are very welcoming and their no pressure approach to selling cars make the customer feel at ease. Upon deciding the car I wanted to trade in, Frank took care of all the paperwork. He made sure the car was safe to drive (replaced one of the tires free of charge) and even provided me of a walk through of what to look for when buying a car. Both Frank and Rob was able to schedule an appointment the next day after business hours just so that I can pick up the car. You could tell both these guys value customer service and have had extensive experience running their own dealerships in the past. I wholeheartedly recommend buying from Limestone Motors. I will be recommending them to my family and friends. Long story short, If you see a car you like in their inventory, just make the trip out to Newmarket. You won't regret it.

Two weeks ago I purchased a 2006 Honda Civic from the Limestone Motors. All I can say it was very positive experience. They even agreed to fix couple of minor dents and stone chips in the windshield. Highly recommended.

Was helping my brother find a vehicle. Happen to find a great deal at Limestone Motor. Prices are the lowest in the market. Even with the prices being the lowest, we still managed to bring it down a little. Frank and Rob are the best and they treat you like family. They never make you feel any pressure in buying anything. My brother and his wife are very happy with their new, used vehicle. Would highly recommend, Limestone Motor to friends and family. The vehicles in their lot have a fast turn around. If you like a vehicle, better act fast.
