Lightspeed will not stand behind its product. I had an incident where the padded top of the headset left marks on my helicopter upholstery due to the deterioration of their padded head support. The president said they never had that happen before so they were unwilling to do anything about it. If a company will not stand behind its product then I feel they are not worth dealing with.

I ve had a Zulu.2 for over 6 years and have been extremely happy with the headset and the customer service I have received. My recent Zulu.2 to Zulu.3 conversion experience was great. I ve never had a Bose, but I can t imagine their customer service to be anything close to Lightspeed.

I had a problem with my Zulu 2 and send it back to the company twice to get fixed. The problem was my right ear cup was going out constantly and eventually just went out and didn't work. So after being upset about having it sent back to their company twice and it never getting fixed, and not having anybody reach me for a month, I'm happy to say that they exceeded my expectations. Sam and Travis were the best customer service Representatives and they went above and beyond to make sure I was listened to and that they fixed my problem. Thank you very much Travis and Sam for listening to me and helping me out during these times of rough and uncertainty.

Not only does Lightspeed make great headsets, they're an outstanding company. They stand behind their product 100%, and customer service is the best. My first headset years ago was a refurbished 20XL. After a few years of everyday use it needed a repair. It was past the warranty but they fixed it at no charge. The guy repairing it even called me to let me know what was going on. They've even fixed an old QFR headset I picked up for new students to use. I have been using a Zulu for the past few years and love it. Many of my former students also own Sierras, Zulus, or Zulu 2 and have not had any problems.

Fantastic customer service! Recently had a minor repair to my PFX ANR headset, a scratchy phone connection. Lightspeed is so incredible they repaired out of warranty at no cost and the headset looks good as new. They even updated the firmware and replaced other worn items, shipping back within 2 weeks. Absolutely above and beyond any reasonable expectations I had, thank you so much!! I'm definitely a Lightspeed customer for life!!!

Emailed Lightspeed to see about getting a single plug switched to a dual plug for my Zulu 3. They responded quick and said I could email or drop it off at their office. I made an appointment and drove almost 4 hours to drop it off, they warned it would take a couple of hours, which is understandable. When I arrived I mentioned I had a long drive back so I would appreciate a call when it was done so I could start the drive home. I got a call about 30 minutes later, they had done the switch immediately and gone over the headset completely to help me out with the long drive home. I am very happy with the headset, allot more comfortable and less cumbersome than my david clark and the customer service was awesome ! Would highly recommend their products and customer service.

One week before a big trip to the Caribbean my 4.5 year old Sierra s right ear cup ANR went out. After a quick call to Lightspeed I overnighted my headset and they had it sent back to me within 4 hours of receiving it. World class, take that David Clarke! Thanks so much to the Lightspeed team.
