In addition to their loan products, LiftFund is also very involved in continuous business education. The impact LiftFund has on the community can be measured in dollars but the real impact should be measured by the countless stories from the thousands of clients they have helped over the past 22 years.
Beware when applying for funding with this organization. I'd suggest making sure you speak with someone beyond the intake/information reps to ensure they actually offer funding for the specific type of business you have. I submitted an application and they performed a hard hit on my credit (somehow they were able to do this w/o me providing my SSN, as I had not yet provided it), only to call and tell me they do not offer funding for my line of business. While I understand that they do not loan to my type of business, it would have been nice to know this before they moved forward on an action that affected my credit score and potential applications with other lenders. When I brought it to their attention, they did not offer any type of apology or compassion at all.
this company should have been our first stop before searching for a home. the team are well experience and has strategies, for getting the best rate on a mortgage loan. I liked the fact that they deeply understood the urgency in the purchasing process and had invaluable knowledge within the industry.They reminded me of the kind of person who is in your corner of the ring when you really need it. I felt the advice shared was a blessing.
Yes,the rates are hands down the best. But I liked how i was being told the good and bad news straight. Responsiveness was excellent and got back to me quickly throughout our communications with them.I highly recommend!
Not a good experience. Slow to get back with us regarding very important questions we had regarding the interest rate on the loan and collateral required. The whole process was like they were giving us a handout in spite of the fact that we have excellent credit and great collateral. 13.5 interest rate vs 3.5% from our bank for a line of credit is much better than they could offer. I thought they were supposed to help small business women instead of adding more debt to their businesses. They could have been more friendly and forthcoming regarding the requirements they have and what their program is all about. I would not recommend this program to anyone trying to grow their business.
Whats the object of holding virtual training if they cant let people into the sessions?
I rather go to a pawnshop than this company. BELIVE ME!! they sell themself as a non profit they are just another fake (non-profit) money making profitable corporation.

Terrible customer service with inconsistent messages depending on the reps you speak with. There was also no mention of this being a secured loan through out the application process. Took 4 days to finally reach some one who looked my application over. Would have been better off going with One Main financial.
Small business owners I would suggest you look elsewhere like PayPal credit, Square Credit, even Kabbage. This whole process has been an utter joke.
