Nice and cheap products. Technical products in flash sales: sometimes excellent, sometimes disappointing. Try clothes, shoes impossible on the spot, but excellent immediate refund policy without questions. Trend to slowly increase its prices. Pity.

Always lots of interesting things, affordable prices, even brand chocolates for Christmas. Thank you for us, I always go shopping, while at the base I only come for 2 or 3 things.Space a little limited in the shelves, we often jostle other customers. Otherwise nothing to complain about. Once you get into one of them, it's almost impossible to go back if you've forgotten something because there are too many people! And what about the meat and fish department, it is tiny and non-existent! Those who created the store never go shopping!

There is a glaring detail in this store: The lack of staff! And it is the customers who drink, especially at the end of the day when they have to bear the long waiting lines! Three out of six cases were closed! I saw people leave the endless queues by abandoning their cadis on the spot to redo their shopping elsewhere!

So ... too tight it is difficult to go in the aisles, but the worst is still the fact that they open at 10:30 .... otherwise it's Lidl so we know why we go but damage for this one I prefer to move to the 15th because schedules .... incomprehensible!

Awful customer services. Had some stuff from another lidl WITH receipt and were confiscated! When asked to see the manager, i was told he was absent. Asked for his name and they denied to give it. Have the impression that you are NOT in a European country, but in a third world country.

Hard to do the difficult, having a lidl in full 16th, it is unexpected and yet ...
While the surface is not very large, the management regularly optimizes the aisles (work, etc. ...). The staff is friendly despite customers sometimes grumpy, grumpy and lacking courtesy.
So let's make a collective effort to make the races enjoyable. Enjoy having cheap prices and not bad products without having to go to the suburbs.
Carry caddies to improve the circulation in the aisles. Let's try to respect the direction of the walk. A smile, a forgiveness when one jostles would disarm some tensions. "Hell is the others" and we are all the other of someone;)

I really like Lidl and more particularly the one i...

I really like Lidl and more particularly the one in Versailles where I like to do my shopping regularly. But during my last visit I was strongly attacked by a female person in charge of the automatic checkouts who accused me on several occasions and very violently in front of the other customers of hiding products when I had not finished save my shopping list; the device constantly displayed the intervention of a cashier manager. When I called this person when I wanted help from them, I couldn't explain; she wouldn't let me speak and kept yelling at me repeatedly with arrogance and vulgarity, calling me a thief. She called the vigil who could only see that the device malfunctioned every 2 out of 5 articles (I must have had approximately 30th articles). This episode lasted at least 15 minutes of ordeal. I had a feeling of shame. I haven't been back since because I am now afraid to see her again because I was so traumatized. It is distressing to treat customers like this! Looking back, I regret not having called on the store manager because I had a very bad experience and it leaves me with a bitter taste!

Store that has become dismal!
Quality products are increasingly rare!
Overworked store staff!
New since December 2017, more trolleys for big races!
New since the end of December 2017, only 2 cases for cash payments, but on the other hand, 7 cases for payment by bank cards, a wait at the two cases that can be 30 minutes' (we make fun of customers)!
Terrible customers who are ashamed!
LIDL store to flee!
I personally thank the manager for the management of this store which has become catastrophic!

I live 2 steps from the store and I am a regular ... this store is not great. The people who manage it take their customers for idiots or it's Lidl maybe ... the shelves are often empty tooooooop often ... the management of the store is emptied the shelves before restocking them. LIDLE you have chosen the top managers !!!!! Hats off!
I just did my shopping tonight I came out with nothing ... I was shopping in Levallois, it was better ... there was more choice and I was spending more.
Qq employees are Incompetent ... very little politeness and consideration for customers (not all fortunately, 2 or 3 but that is enough to have a general feeling) I mm saw one of the employees of this store insulted the customers and him disrespectful of the fruit and vegetable department ... What is Lidl waiting for to react to this store ?! Or, is he satisfied with it ?!

I made my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised, a lot of choice and rather well to arrange, after that it is not Monoprix !!!
The staff were pleasant to me what I found rude it was rather the customers who did not keep.
