Too strict on medication refills even for basic psychiatric needs. I have severe depression and anxiety and had a family emergency recently. I had to miss an appointment last week and this week. Still can't get meds until 2 weeks out. I've run completely out and need it now.
If you're in need of actual urgent mental care and help. Do not go here. I went here to try and get a therapist or prescriptions I've had before because I just turned 18 and couldn't go to a doctor for teenagers and children and I had an appointment set up for a couple weeks later. Which was also too far away for me cause I needed the meds I had before asap. Well. Coming up on the appointment they called me and told me they had to reschedule, so they rescheduled again a week and a half later. Then the next one came and they rescheduled again for two weeks later. And coming up to the appointment I had recently they never called to remind me. Just bypass this place. It's a waste of time.
Appointments take a long time due to always being short staffed. It's great once you get in though.
