Lifemark Sport Medicine at Repsol is my go-to if I need physiotherapy. Kathryn Jeans has been amazing in diagnosing my issues, and also with the rehabilitation. Thanks so much for helping me out!

Was experiencing severe vertigo, but after 3 visits it is completely gone! Kudos to Dylan Parsons for effective treatment and an education in the workings of the inner ear!

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with Melissa, she has helped me and many friends/family members recover from countless injuries and aches. Everyone is very professional and provides the highest level of care!

Very happy and satisfied with the physio services I am receiving and with the Physiotherapist and her team. Following foot surgery and then 16 weeks of total non weight bearing , becoming mobile again was a must and I am pleased to say after a considerable amount of therapy, I am there. Just a few more little tweaks and strengthening and I will be walking limp free! Yeah. Thank you Brittany. They honour the Fare Entry program for low income individuals. This allows me to access a really great facility for a price I can afford. The cardio area has huge windows onto the park, which is so great. The place is also well maintained and clean.

Matt and Andrew have been taking care of my knee post-op for 3 months and 1 month respectively. I could not be more happy with my results this far. Matt is cautiously encouraging with physio and Andrew in Bracing is informative, helpful and patient. I saw Dr. Timmerman for my surgery, and well, my knee is working, so that's the best part!

Dr Dougall is absolutely amazing, have dealt with him for the last 7 years..... hes stuck by my side and is an amazing surgeon

I visited Stephanie for treatment here a few times. It was a great experience, she and the rest of the staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The clinic is well equipped and conveniently located. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clinic that provides a wide variety of services!

Stephanie, my physiotherapist, has been amazing. She has extensive knowledge on knee issues, strengthening and recovery. She has helped me keep my muscles strong while I await a total knee replacement. I recommend her to anyone that needs to go to physio.

Chris and Julie are both amazing at their professions, talented, friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to get you back to 100%.

Went to see Brit immediately after ACL reconstruction surgery. She was great at keeping me on track for rehab at physio and with home exercises. She took the time to explain what was happening inside my knee which was great. I would go first thing in the morning before work which was convenient. Would definitely recommend Brit to friends others.

Don't go anywhere else for physio therapy. I've tried many, and this place not only makes you feel welcome - but allows you to heal at the pace you require, with an attentive staff who adjusts and adapts based on your rate of progression. Went here after my ACL reconstruction for rehab. The physio staff are friendly and well qualified in their respective areas. I was treated by Carmen who is a phenomenal physio and very knowledgeable. All the therapists at repsol deserve a raise! Great job guys!

It's a gym. Great service and full of stuff to do. Weights, group fitness, swim, sports, track etc.

If you're in pain, you NEED Dylan in your life! He was so personable from the moment I met him, I felt so comfortable talking about all my concerns and I really felt as though he took them all to heart and addressed every single one. He has been crucial in my recovery and I'm sure I will be seeing him again I'm the future!

Go there regularly for massage. No complaints. Staff is always friendly and massages always good.

Brittany Jobagy treated me for a neck injury I had, she was very knowledgable and I felt better after the first assessment and treatment. Brittany also gave me exercises and tips to work on while I'm at home. Also the front desk staff greeted me with a very warm and kind welcome. Thanks Lifemark and Brittany!

The lack of communication and thoughtfulness from the Podiatrist staff is frustrating .. and I haven t even met them yet. I ve had two different doctors send two referrals stating my situation is urgent but it took them 1 month to reply to me saying I have to wait for a call. I don t understand why they didn t book me an appointment so I at least knew how long or refer me to some else that would be able to see me sooner but I m still waiting .. I guess the doctor doesn t think my situation is urgent which is fine their the experts I suppose but if anyone else thinks their situation is urgent I would not recommend going to this place. I think I m hurting now, I would feel so bad for the person who s situation is more severe than mine. Please be more considerate of the patients time and situation Podiatrist staff.

Been coming here since August 2017. For medial meniscus tears on both knees. I've seen three different therapist and all of them have been great. Lots of support and they take the time to answer questions and concerns. Carmen and Jeff know there stuff. Also the girls at the front desk have always greeted me warmly. And after 3 visits they remember me by name. Awesome people.
And greatly appreciate the help and relief they provide thank you life mark

I have been going to Lifemark physio for the past 5 years and have been treated by Melissa for various new and chronic issues. She has literally treated me from head to toe! Melissa is very knowledgeable, professional and dedicated therapist who is committed to improving her clients condition. She engages her clients in active treatment and will consult and colabertate with other professionals as needed. Several Sports Medicine doctors and surgeons are also located in the same area. Life-mark at Repsol is conveniently located , parking is free and other services like massage therapy is available.

Incredible service and well trained staff. I got the physio therapy and support I needed to get back to work. Would definitely reccomend this place to anyone dealing with injury recovery. Thank you!

Dr. Horton is an excellent Doc! I have had one surgery with him so far and preparing for a second one. I don't honestly know the result on how will I feel when I am done with both surgeries, will I improve or not? But he is a gentleman over all. Listens to you and does his best to help you out. I was referred to see a physio at this clinic after my sports medicine team doctor suggested it. I had such a positive experience, the staff were attentive, professional and knowledgeable. I am now recovering and on the mend! Can't say enough good things about this clinic, and specifically the physio I saw there who used to be a ski racer like myself!

I had an ankle injury a few years ago and an elbow injury this summer. Both times my physiotherapist was Melissa. She was very helpful - professional, knowledgeable and always friendly

!!!!AVOID!!!!! Criminal idiots. I had been going here once a month. Out of the blue they claim I owe them for a day that I did not visit for. 3 days after a day I did visit on. They refused to remove this claim and sent the bill to collection. AVOID

I've had an overall rapid exponential recovery in regards to my ACL/meniscus injury from the summer and give large credit to Lifemark's incredible equipment, services, and rehabilitation knowledge! I'd recommend anyone with ACL/knee injuries to go see Erin Gibb, hands down!! Erin is highly attentive to your injury, asks a lot of questions to further understand the individuality of the injury, and assesses accordingly to each unique case. She's highly knowledgeable as hell and has offered me an array of different moves and approaches to healing that best fit me and I'm 10-fold grateful for it. If you're looking for someone who is light-hearted, fun, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares and wants the best rehabilitation for you; Erin Gibb!

Had Steph for my Physio therapy and the experience was amazing. I injured my shoulder and Steph was very helpful with information, workouts, recovery times, and getting me back to work. Support staff from reception to assistants were fantastic as well. Lifemark also sends out reminder texts a day or two before each appointment which is super helpful when you forget to add an appointment to your calendar. 5/5 will be returning for any future injuries/issues!

Had a bad shoulder with multiple issues. Lifemark Repsol got me in right away to see Brittany Jobagy. She was great and got me fixed up quickly. Very knowledgeable in terms of assessing the causes and getting me on the right rehab plan!

Really pleasant! It was easy to book appointments and they never made me wait. The staff is super nice. They did a great job as well and took care of my back problem right away.

I have been coming to Lifemark for several years due to a variety of injuries and ailments. Shannon and Danielle Cregg have been amazing.

Melissa Alterthum was the only physio therapist that listened to my knee issues, she insisted on follow through with specialist. I received surgery, and followed her post-op rehab and got back to full function. Now I'm stronger and have regained confidence in my abilities. All thanks to her exceptional therapy & knowledge.

Over the past decade or more of various sports-related injuries, I've gotten to know the people at Lifemark in Calgary's Repsol Centre very well. In particular, Melissa Alterthum has given me the physio that I needed for various injuries through several different therapies. Aside from being a professional, well-qualified physio who has helped me to heal, Melissa is a fine person as well. Thanks Melissa and Lifemark!

If you have a broken or busted hand or wrist go see Erla, she is a true professional, has the knowledge and experience and she has the special sauce because I have full use of my left arm again.
I have not been more grateful and satisfied while dealing with any public or private institution in this city.

I have been getting treatment here for multiple injuries. Most recently, I have been working with Dylan P on knee pain and wrist injury. The knee pain was easily fixed with the exercises he gave me within 2 months and about 3 visits in person. I have since added those exercises into my regular routine and I have had no issues since.

We have now been meeting every 2 weeks to work on my wrist injury to get me back to working order ASAP.

Lately, I have had to use virtual care only due to COVID and he has provided me with great explanations as to why he gives me each exercise and stretch and is able to adapt to the equipment and materials I have available at home.

Today I went to my first yoga class in months and I had no pain, no pinching and full range of motion in my wrist. I am so happy!! Thank you Dylan!!! :)

Julie Rabnett helped with a shoulder injury and was extremely helpful. Her treatment was effective and comprehensive. Julie impressed me with her knowledge, confidence and enthusiasm. I have since recommended her to a number of friends and family and have heard nothing but positive feedback. Great work Julie!

For the most part, Lifemark at Repsol is great. The therapists are top notch. However their customer service and communications are lacking at times. I came in for my scheduled treatment and they told me my therapist went home, cancelling the appointment without reaching me.

I was working and then in the gym- Where I don t bring my Phone. The first I heard of all this was when I came in, on time, for my appointment.

I also received a call from Lifemark earlier today asking to move my appointment up (which I could not bc I work during the day), I believed I'd have an appointment at the time I booked.

I got to Lifemark and was told my appointment was cancelled - no reason or apology given. They also have just implemented a new cancellation policy to customers- so this was very annoying and stressful, considering I come here to get treatments for physical well-being.

I am frustrated at how this all happened- esp considering I confirmed my appointment through text msg a day ago AND over the phone again on the day of.

Update: my therapist contacted me directly to let me know she s injured her hand and had to go home. We chatted and rescheduled. Wish the admin staff had told me this, or acknowledged the disruption.

TL;DR: Great therapists, front counter staff lacking customer service and communications skills sometimes.

Overall delightful staff and invested care best describe this Lifemark location. I'm working with my Physiotherapist, Stephanie to rehab after having been injured in a car accident and she's wonderful! Clearly someone who is doing what she loves and is genuinely interested in the progress, education and care of her clients. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

I have had the best experience here!! Physiotherapist Erin Gibb is the best one I have ever been to. I found so much relief from her treatments that when she left her last place of practice I followed her to Lifemark at Repsol so I can have the same treatments. The added bonus of being able to use the pool for therapy is great. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a physiotherapist to call and ask to see Erin Gibb!! Amazing!

This location has really gone downhill, it was very good about 6 years ago, but no longer. Rude staff, uninformed therapists-- many of the better physios have relocated.

I really want to thank Dylan Parsons for helping me in regards to my neck pain and giving me the necessary tools to reduce and manage it. I came to see him after a car accident that left me with a very stiff neck. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable in his field, he also cares about peolple and loves his vocation. Thank you Dylan for helping me get back on the right track!

What a S$#@ show this place is. Absolutely terrible setup inside. Massively busy with way too many practicioners in one place. No room. No seating. They are so poorly placed in the building that those with walking issues have to climb down at least 30 steps. Long walk for those disabled to front door. No room inside for disabled to have to go to ALL the different desks that you have to go to. What an absolute disaster of a place! Avoid at all costs.

what an awesome place. Staff is always so friendly and helpful and call me by name, always ask how I am doing, really know what they are doing and how to get things done. The building is always nice and clean, just a great place to go. There is always parking available. My Dr. is fantastic.

The staff are great at making it easy to get to see someone. I was given a phone call immediately upon a waitlist spot opening up. Chris is the best massage therapist ever! The whole team is very supportive and professional.

I saw Brittany and Chris for my neck and back when I got into a motor vehicle accident. Both therapists we're very knowledgeable in their treatments. I would recommend the clinic to anyone seeking physiotherapy or massage .

This is a great sports medicine facility. They have highly trained, caring and effective health care professionals. I would highly recommend the massage therapy of Pranavi Thampi. She helped me greatly with whiplash after a car accident. The physio-therapy from Caitlyn is professional and personal.

Friendly attentive staff that tailor their program to each injury. The physio programs have access to the adjacent gym which is one of the nicest facilities in Calgary, both in quality and variety of the equipment. Brittney's done a great job helping me after my injury.

I've seen Brittany at Repsol Lifemark after 3 different injuries/surgeries (2 knee and a wrist) over the course of several years and have been really happy with Brittany and the team's expertise and support throughout my rehab. They do go above and beyond the call of duty as well such as helping to deal with my company's occupational health group and making great restaurant recommendations! The facility is large and convenient with the bonus of having access to the Repsol centre's well equipped gym which is especially great if you're a member like I was as you can learn your exercises on the actual equipment you will be using for your rehab between visits. I have recommended this clinic and Brittany to my spouse, friends and collegues who have also been pleased with the care they received here.

Can't say enough about this place! Staff is super friendly and very welcoming. I've been seeing Brittany since end of October and she's been very helpful during the entire process. She really gets to know her patients and takes the time to listen. I appreciate her immensely. I definitely recommend this place and Brittany!

I've been suffering from constant hiccups (reaction to a new medication) for over 1 week. Went to several MDs, taking number of different prescription medications and still no relief. After one Acupuncture treatment with Helene Gregoire, she was able to stop the hiccuping. Thank you Helene!! Her experience and depth of knowledge is a tremendous asset. I would definitely recommend Helene Gregoire.

The worst place I've visited in canada if you are a person with experience you'll find out that they're just having fun giving basic service zero due diligence poor services.

I have been doing to Lifemark for a therapy on a hamstring and shoulder injury since the summer. I have found all of the staff to be excellent in their professionalism and genuine concern for the patients. This starts at the front desk and carries on into the clinic itself. My therapist Caroline Trajan is exceptional and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to recover from an injury :)
