Unethical business that operates with their own agenda and money to gain. I would like to know who these people are registered/accredited with and who they actually answer to. Complete blur of ethical and professional-personal boundaries.
I used Lifecare Consultancy Pty Ltd for child visitation services for a period of 3 years (2013 to 2016). I found management and staff to be extremely professional and considered the interests of the child to be the primary concern in all circumstances. My child felt safe and welcomed by the Lifecare team during our time using their services. I highly recommend Lifecare for visitation changeovers, supervised contact or family counselling. In my experience, Lifecare ensured that all parties concerned complied with family court orders.
Very Unprofessional, biased, business. Do not use for child contact visits, they don't follow court orders properly they think they are a law unto themselves.

I found Susan to be one sided, provocative with her questioning and unable to make a fair judgement considering my interaction with my children. She in my view, focused on everything but me and my son s. I felt cheated, not heard and treated like a human who was unworthy of being a good parent, which I believe I am.
Lifecare has done amazing things in my life and I can t be more grateful. The staff are very professional and compassionate. I can t recommend them enough.
I ve been a client for some time now and cannot thank them enough for their personal support through what is a hard time, the level of professionalism and genuine care of Amelia and Sussan is greatly appreciated. Having dealt with many others in this arena it was such a refreshing experience to feel supported. The approach they take is one that is considered and well planned with the needs of the children foremost in their actions. I can t thank Lifecare enough for all they have done and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to engage their services.
Do not yse this business they hold your children to ransome. They cancel visits againts court orders and they dont return phone calls. An absolute disgrace of a business to deal with. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!
Lifecare provided my family with the support we needed to get through a very difficult time. My experience with Lifecare was truly life changing. The staff at Lifecare are highly skilled and consistently maintain professionalism despite the very challenging work. The misdirected negative reviews on here are very clearly posted by disgruntled men who are angry at the system and unfortunately use google reviews as an outlet. I highly recommend Lifecare.
