LifeWay Fellowship: A Community of Believers and Seekers Committed to Developing Disciples of Jesus Christ
LifeWay Fellowship is a vibrant community of believers and seekers located in Killeen, Texas. The church is committed to developing disciples of Jesus Christ through worship, fellowship, and service. LifeWay Fellowship has a rich history that dates back to its founding in 1999 by Pastor Randy Wallace.
The church's mission is to help people grow in their relationship with God and become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. LifeWay Fellowship believes that everyone has a unique purpose and calling from God, and it seeks to help individuals discover their gifts and talents so they can use them for His glory.
One of the things that sets LifeWay Fellowship apart from other churches is its commitment to excellence in everything it does. From the quality of its worship services to the way it serves the community, LifeWay strives for excellence in all areas.
Worship Services
LifeWay Fellowship offers two Sunday morning worship services at 9:00 am and 11:00 am. The services are designed to be engaging, relevant, and inspiring. The music is contemporary with a mix of traditional hymns thrown in for good measure.
The sermons are biblically based but presented in a way that makes them easy for everyone to understand. Pastor Randy Wallace has a gift for communicating complex biblical truths in simple terms that anyone can grasp.
Children's Ministry
LifeWay Fellowship places great emphasis on children's ministry because it believes that children are not just the future but also an important part of the present church community. The church offers age-appropriate classes during both Sunday morning services as well as Wednesday night activities.
The children's ministry team at LifeWay works hard to create an environment where kids feel loved, valued, and safe while learning about God's love for them.
Youth Ministry
LifeWay also has an active youth ministry program that is designed to help teenagers grow in their faith and develop a strong sense of community. The youth group meets on Wednesday nights for worship, Bible study, and fellowship.
The youth ministry team at LifeWay is passionate about helping young people navigate the challenges of adolescence while staying true to their faith. They provide a safe space where teens can ask questions, share their struggles, and find support from others who are going through similar experiences.
Small Groups
LifeWay Fellowship believes that life change happens best in the context of relationships. That's why it places great emphasis on small groups as a way for people to connect with one another and grow in their faith.
The church offers a variety of small groups that meet throughout the week at different times and locations. These groups are designed to be welcoming, supportive, and focused on helping individuals grow spiritually.
Community Outreach
LifeWay Fellowship is committed to serving its community both locally and globally. The church partners with several local organizations such as the Killeen Food Care Center, Habitat for Humanity, and Hope Pregnancy Center to provide practical assistance to those in need.
The church also supports several global missions projects including building schools in Africa, providing clean water in Haiti, and supporting missionaries around the world.
Conclusion
LifeWay Fellowship is more than just a church; it's a community of believers who are committed to growing together spiritually while making an impact on the world around them. Whether you're looking for engaging worship services or opportunities to serve others, LifeWay has something for everyone.
