I worked with agent Melissa Taylor and my experience was HORRIBLE. I hot blood work done in February and I received my results within days. However I never heard from her or anyone for months. Each time I would initiate a follow up, I would get the same answer THEY ARE WAITING ON YOUR RESULTS. I even offered to send the results...to no avail. After getting to the 4 month wait, I called and when she said the same thing, I realized this was going absolutely nowhere. I will choose life insurance elsewhere.

He did not take the time to explain the difference type of Insurance rates. The first thing he asked for was my personal information, like my bank account number and social security number and my driver license number he did not ask to speak to me when he call my phone. I feel that he was not professional
