Family member passed in hospital after being poorly taken care of in this place.

I truly believe if my sister had never went back there she would still be with us today

Worse place ever.
Biggest mistake bringing my mom there. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!
No other way to explain this dump.
Go in on surprise visits. See for yourself

Provided excellent care for my mother during a difficult time. Would highly recommend.

My 96 year old father was a patient and it was very hard to put my father in a nursing home they made it a lot easier the staff were very good all was had a smile on their face. Talked to my father with the up most respect. My father was bed riding for months being in medical personnel there were no bed sores the last few days left of his life me and my family were up there all day they made us feel comfortable we asked questions and they would answer it they would have coffee and treats for us I can not say anything wrong but this nursing home thank you for taking care of my dad and of us when needed

You do not want to bring s loved one to this facility. My Dad accidentally transferred from Umass Memorial to there by a Case Management Team that works together with the faculty and its Dr.and Residents that come from Umass.We were told that the faculty we wanted my Dad to go to did not have a bed available and our Insurance would not cover it .This was nothing close to becoming the truth when we investigated it.My Dad has now been transferred out and we are incredibly relieved he is at another place.

Don t know where my mom cought covid from but she cought covid and was fighting it and now is dead, she died on the 12th of January, she was an employee there and worked as a CNA and wanted to let you guys know. She was the best CNa worker there.

My wife was in 2 hospitals and 2 other rehabs, none of which can hold come close to the care at Life Care!

We were treated like family, and this facility would be my 1st choice for rehab.
