La Feltrinelli in Piazza Duomo is a cultural institution of the city. Recently it has increased the already considerable space and now it is really huge. You can find everything from science to esotericism, from literature to history, etc. Highly recommended! The weekends is very busy.

Less and less space and material for classical and jazz music. The piano is not available to the public to try the pieces briefly. According to them we should send an email to BOOK to go there to play FREE. (From the series we're doing a favor). Personally, I was interrupted several times by salesmen while I was playing. Years ago the same thing happened to another Milanese concert player.
A shame.
I find most of the staff quite inadequate. Despite having been their customer for almost 25 years, now they have made me want to buy on amazon.
Only the shadow of what Ricordi was 30 years ago remained.
With one difference: the prices of several scores reached almost comical levels.

D & R style place in Turkey, I can say that even larger as well. I'm losing myself when I'm in the stationery department just like the D & R. If you think without turning the euro into TL, there is no problem in prices. The products are of good quality and the hand is not empty. If you want to learn Italian, you can start with story books for children;)

Excellent assortment of books, music and DVDs, unfortunately since they have enlarged it, there is always the smell of mold and damp throughout the shop and after a while in the shop it bothers.

I found this place very nice. The staff is very precise, prepared, kind and helpful. I was looking for books for some gifts and they advised me best. For anyone who wants to buy books, music passes quietly here, it is in the historic center of Milan you will be satisfied

All Feltrinelli points are very similar to each other and pleasant. The books do not cost too much even if of course it depends on the book. Generally the offer of books is very wide even if it is possible to order them in case there are not.

Obviously the quality of the library is not discussed but the environment is cold and as humanity as climate ...

Excellent choice of books and very central location easily accessible. Very kind in the audio-video department. As far as the staff of the books department and the cash desk are concerned, I fear that someone has spread the word that diseases are transmitted through good manners: in fact, they avoid it carefully.

Well stocked, very helpful staff and like other bookstores, if you don't find something they will find it for you and let you know when it is available.

Wide library well supplied. Not just books but also music (both in CD and vinyl format), cinema and comics / manga. Books also in the original language. Convenient location as easily accessible by metro (yellow and red, Duomo stop) or on foot as the central area of the city.

The Feltrinelli of Piazza Duomo in Milan is certainly one of the most beautiful bookstores in the city. You find an absolutely incredible assortment of books, it is very well organized with the subdivision of the categories in a systematic way. But that's not all, because here you also find music, and what music! There really is everything and in all possible formats.

You can find anything ... books, records, DVDs, CDs, concert tickets ... staff always very kind and helpful.

Entering a bookshop now seems a vintage thing given the huge quantities of online orders but being able to wander, choose and consult with your hand and eyes is always extremely pleasant also because the research conducted by the gaze that is captured by unknown titles and images is definitely richer than an internet search ..

Well-stocked bookstore, with comics, video library manga with dvd, blu ray and also cd, but also vinyls of all in genres. Housed in 3 floors, it is accessed from the Vittorio Emanuele II gallery, practically one step away from Piazza Duomo.
