A very large bookstore mainly focused on French. Can be a bit expensive compared to online.
A very large bookstore mainly focused on French. Can be a bit expensive compared to online.
Too big store you need a plan to be able to navigate. Unfriendly staff finally I do not like at all.
One of the biggest book stores I have seen in my life. There's something for everyone !
It is a mix between shopping center and bookstore (which I did not like so much). But, on the other hand, they have not forgotten that it is a bookstore and they have a wide selection of works.
Very interesting place mainly for books and BDs lovers. It is possible to get some food and coffee. Unfortunately, the security can too easily treat the customers like a thief. This is a real shame.
An excellent bookstore with a wide selection of books also in different languages.
Superb bookstore or big and small find their happiness.
The section for children is superb, the section "contestation" of philosophy well provided.
Lots of choices, but the store organization is unclear. I saw a plan by theme, but for me it was incomprehensible.
Great place ... Very beautiful literary meetings often at 6 pm. Consult their agenda for this purpose on FB or on their site.
Very friendly cafeteria.
Small flat, the over-sized ego of the "master of the place" who wants to put too much spotlight on him ...
As we would say in brussels: the perfect family and university library.
Paradise for any reader, small or large, warned or not, with a relaxation / conference area where you can eat among a crazy choice of books of all kinds. With a caring staff for these customers and very good reading advice. Without forgetting that I have NEVER "not found" a book via their ability to order. I recommend at 200%
It's a bookshop to spend several hours inside! They organize meetings with very interesting authors and others. So, a place to visit a lot of times! + You can drink a cup of tea or coffee there!
Expensive, lark of bibliographic, noise, horrible cafeteria service (You will be invited to leave after 10 min)
Super bookstore. Huge selection of books, comics, children's books, etc. Possibility to eat on site and buy gifts.
Even in these times of confinement, the whole team bends over backwards so that we can escape. Anticipate your in-store purchases so you don't have to order on the powerful online sales platform that doesn't support a team of enthusiasts.
The book exhibition makes it a big store with all that entails.
Too many people inside and impossible to keep your distance. Organization of book shelves confused. It is no longer really a bookstore, it is rather a stationery, cafe etc where you can also buy books
Perfect bookstore with a great selection of French books, open until 8pm. Just the staff is not as friendly as you d expect in such a nice bookstore.
The largest bookstore in the city, with a wide choice of novels, specialized books, magazines ... it is also possible to have a snack on site! Open every day
I love books, I can stay there all day. We discover the wonders and staff can provide information at any time. With little corner restaurant, you can eat and drink while reading which is very nice. I recommend this library to anyone eager to play and discovery.
Wide choice of books, expert advice, attractive loyalty program. The prices are a little higher but in proportion to the service provided.
Plenty of choice in all areas. The staff is not that friendly.
Excellent choice of books in French, English, German, Spanish, Dutch ...
Radius games very well supplied, it is very pleasant and professionally advised.
Nice bookstore and atmosphere at Arts-Loi. Unfriendly staff, unhelpful at Parvis St Pierre (to all my visits). Too bad!
Unlimited choice and above all very dedicated and very competent salespeople. Thank you
Good bookstore / cafeteria in Brussels. They have everything and in several languages. Ideal to spend time reading and eating between meetings near the EU.
Large selection of books. A little too many people ... difficult to walk in the departments ..
Good bookshop in Brussels. Live conferences are often organised. Cool stuff for home also but pricy.
My favourite. But it should have more books in English
The best bookseller / stationer in Brussels, in my opinion, very tall, has almost all the books, and often invites writers for autographs (I could see Doc Seven and Andy Raconte)
They have everything we are looking for like books ... And the staff are always available to help us.
If you want to find a book, attend a presentation and have a coffee, this is your place
If you look for a book, you ll find it there for sure. The service is great, with people passionate about books!
The food is ok and the place is nice when not crowded.
Finally, the events organised by the company are always nice and you often have the opportunity to meet artists.
I recommend this place!
Very rich in content, from the book to the board game. Pretty generalist in comic book by cons
The advantage is that you can find everything there, right away. The disadvantage is that it no longer has the charm of a small bookstore but rather a hyper market that wants to sell
The Filigranes bookstore has been established since 1989 in Brussels (avenue des Arts) where it was founded by Marc Filipson. It has an area of 2,600 m2 [2] and is open 7 days a week. Its turnover ranks it in the top 5 independent European bookstores ... (Source Wikipedia).
In the book your served there are all comics books and I go either for either or as a watermark gift it's great
Very complete and central bookshop in Brussels. Easily accessible by metro station Arts Loi. There are all kinds of books. From novels to cartoons and cookbooks to politics books. A must for all reading fans. In addition, a snack bar is present in the center of the library to stay there all day. Very very very recommended.
I just love this place, being lost in all ki d of books
Terrible, impolite post-sell service and willing news you'll find solutions.
Personal can welcoming. According to them book not available while I ordered elsewhere without worries.
I have been a customer for years. I go to this store regularly to buy books for myself as well as for my children. This Saturday 3.4.2021, I was badly served by an employee (Nicolas). His bad behavior does not reflect the image of the store. I am totally disappointed and would not stay at this place again. Pity...
Biggest book shop of Brussels.. You can also enjoy your book eating a piece of cake or a nice drink
Great bookshop, largest choice in Brussels, has a coffee/snack corner and sells also toys, games and accessories. Open on sundays, fabulous. Just one neg, too bad they have so little stationary, poor.
A huge bookstore near the Arts-Loi station. This is probably the reference in Brussels.
A true temple of the book! And a plus, we always advise you.
Staff crates unbearable and rude, and this is not the first time ..
To ask for a package seems a crime. I find it amazing for such a beautiful place where we are supposed to relax ..
Passage to the watermark take-away point this Sunday. Quick receipt of the order. Watermarks remains open. You can go there and buy books
It s a very nice bookstore, with an English book section too. A lovely little cafe with very nice foods and drinks. Also nice gadgets to buy. Service at check out is quick and professional. Inside the store when asking for help with books I don t find them to be very interested or helpful though. Staff could create a better atmosphere, it would make all the difference!
Feels like McDonald's.. but for books. A very large choice, but a bit too commercialized. Is this starbucks or what?
Belgium's largest bookstore. It opens every day and has a cafeteria. Selection of books and comics is impressive. It is one of those places where people usually go to spend their time, especially from autumn to spring thanks to the climate of Brussels.
I love this bookstore, as much for the choice of books, for the atmosphere or for the entertainment organized for children. In addition, they are open on Sundays and public holidays.
Fantastic book selection, also toys, games, gifts and decent selection of English books (including all game of thrones!). Their special ordering is fast.
The book place in Brussels. But not only books and comics, boardganes, your, wine, gadget and a good place for afternoon tea. A must in Brussels city centre.
Massive choice of books, international and games sections available too. Most importantly there is a cafe and promotional events too
