Beautiful resort to host your wedding or special event. The staff is kind, friendly, and professional.

In the back there is a beautiful view over the golf area. Inside is organized well. The food is yummy and the folks who work there are great.

Beautiful resort. Lots to do. Conveniently located. Small "mountain" for skiing, but considering the area, worth the visit.

My husband and I went here for a wedding; the venue was great, the wedding event staff were great, the staff in the hotel s bar were also FANTASTIC. My issue comes from the front desk and whoever makes the reservations.

1. Our first problem came with making a reservation. We called about 3-4 months in advance to make the reservation. When we called we were put on hold and passed around through at least 5 people who all said the same thing this isn t where you make the reservations we will send you to reservations . Finally after 45 minutes we became fed up and asked them to have whoever makes the reservations to call us and left our name/number. We got a call from a woman claiming to be the one who makes the reservations and we made our reservation. A month before the wedding we decided to call the hotel to check on our reservation because we realized and found it weird that we never got an email from the hotel about our reservation and considering how difficult it was to make the reservation in the first place we didn t trust it. When we called they told us we do not have a reservation.. and through conversation the person on the phone basically made it seem like we were lying about making a reservation in the first place and they were doing us a favor by booking us their last room which was no where close to the standard of room we had originally booked. Upon check in we mentioned this issue and the person checking us in said this is the second time I m hearing an issue like this today, another gentlemen earlier mentioned a very similar situation he had with making a reservation .. so seems we weren t the only ones with the issue.
2. At one point during our stay we went to the front desk for help with a key. The woman helping us started making assumptions and rude/snarky comments. When she was proved to be very wrong all she did was laugh and didn t even offer up an apology for her remarks or behavior and just continued to be rude up until we were finished being helped. It was honestly bizarre because we weren t doing or saying anything to warrant how she was acting.

All I can say is WOW! Liberty was our wedding venue and holy cow am I forever grateful we chose them!! Our wedding was PERFECT in every way (even after waiting two years for it). I really truly mean it when I say that the ENTIRE staff, from the front desk to the wait staff to the house keeping staff to the wedding staff, is incredible and I absolutely loved working with every single one of them.

I do need to give special shout outs to our wedding planner David and the events coordinator, Terry.

David was always incredibly responsive and really made sure that he got our wedding vision down to the smallest details. He answered every single one of our questions with the patience of a saint. He was there every step of the way and our wedding would not have happened without him. FORVER grateful for this awesome human!!

Terry was the mastermind behind figuring out how to get my husbands brother s beer (aka our favorite beer and very important detail to us) served at the wedding. She really thought outside the box and made sure we had everything we wanted!

Liberty was just perfect in every way for us and truly gave us the all-inclusive wedding experience we were looking for. We held the rehearsal, ceremony and reception here in addition to all of our guests staying at the resort. I couldn t recommend Liberty enough!!

Make sure to use . when booking a place. This website will compare countless hotel sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't regret it.

Great beginner ski hill. Food was just average at the outside grill but there's never a line to wait even on a Saturday in March. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. Runs are short and lodge is a bit dated but great for families. Ski school seems very popular here. Parking is easy and complimentary shuttle bus was running.

Attended a wedding. It was lovely. Great venue and beautiful scenery. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Loved the experience. Ed training me and my cousin for some golf. Super nice guy and knowledgeable. Clean facility and friendly staff. Definitely will be back

We attended a wedding here and while the staff was friendly to us, reception didn't even know the name of the bride and groom. After learning more, it sounds like this venue really wants to host as many events as they can to bring in $$ during their off season without necessarily offering the same personal attention that other venues do. I will note that the couple was very happy with their day-of coordinator but overall it seems that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Perhaps this is due to the recent ownership change as I'd heard positive things years ago before it became more commercially operated. I guess there's something to a local, personal touch that big companies can't quite keep up with.
