Poor Experience. My wife and I spent over $5,0000 on retaining wall block for a project at our home. Block was received out of square and with patched edges. Owner Jim Willis assured us it would be taken care of and he would send a technician out to point up the gaps and correct the issue after the block have been installed. After many attempts to get back in touch with Jim, he has now refused to keep his word and correct the problem. Telling me to find a mason, and hanging up the phone.
