I wish I had explored more options before choosing this service. The initial sales pitch was enticing, but the follow-through was lacking. Communication could definitely use improvement, and I found myself often waiting for responses that took longer than expected. Installation was a breeze, but there were too many questions left unanswered afterward. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with the paperwork and fine print. 🌪️ Definitely expected more clarity and support. Overall, it's been a mixed experience. 😕

We ve had panels installed since 6/6/21 and it is now 3.5 months later and we are unable to get them activated because the company LGCY Power contracted to install, which is also responsible for activation is no longer in business. Our sales guy with LGCY Power no longer works for LGCY. We have been unsuccessful in getting anyone from LGCY to contact us to resolve. We are paying $700 per month currently for Electric and Solar.

We recently (April 2021) purchased solar from Empire Solar/ Legacy Power and have had several issues with no support from either company. In Texas, Legacy Power sends out sales reps on behalf of Empire Solar, and then have Solar Edge do the install. This leads to alot of confusion and finger pointing. And not to mention, LoanPal handles the loan/payments. To start with, our sales rep made promises and quoted numbers that ended up being false. We spent nearly $100k and were told that Legacy would cover the first 12 payments. Only after several complaints and calls did they eventually send us a check. During the install, they damaged our fence and roof and left a mess in the attic, they never came back to fix. And up until now, only half our system has worked, so we've still had to pay a significant light bill AND the loan. When calling support, you can only leave a voicemail and HOPE for a call back, which never happens. Even their email is no longer valid. Worst customer service ever.

System is a waste of money. Almost a year later and I have yet to reduce my energy costs. Completely unresponsive after the sale and install are complete. Local salesman Spencer will reply to texts but never follow through. Definitely won t answer a phone call. Corporate office not responsive either. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY

I never write reviews but I was very satisfied with the help my sales person did for us. Tony Russo did everything he said he was going to do. No matter when or what I texted him. He always replied back with an answer. Would highly recommend him and his company. He explained the process and was spot on. Was very happy with Titan and the installation as well. I had seen many pics of poor installations form other companies and was very skeptical but in my situation. Everything was very professionally installed. Thank you Tony and Titan.

Sadly I was misled by the salesman. They only show you the frosting and sprinkles but they leave out the part where you end up having to pay alot more than what they tell you. So much for saving money.. thanks alot.
