Fantastic experience at Lexus of Lexington! The entire buying process was the easiest and most professional I have ever experienced. My salesperson Taylor Tavis was amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

We were extremely pleased with our experience at The Lexus Store of Lexington, along with our sales representative, Kristen!!!

I started out calling in on the phone to see if I could get a Lexus CT 200 H.i was told none were in stock and there was no way of getting one there. After telling of how one was brought in for a friend through Louisville when they had none in stock I was then told they could get me one but I would have to pay for shipping to the plant which I was fine with. I then had a call back to tell me they found one , but I wasn't able to answer, so I called back the next day. This time I spoke to another person who acted like I was putting them out the entire time just trying to see what they found for me. Then when I asked for a rough quote on what they could do on a trade in car I was told they couldn't do it. So after I hung up with rude individual I decided I was tired of dealing with them and I would go though Louisville. I had no issues with Louisville at all. Because of this I will never go through Lexington again even though I live here. I will gladly drive to Louisville to be treated with care and deal with actual helpful people. It sad I have to put up with when all I wanted to do was give them my survice. Never again

I purchased a used Toyota Avalon from the Lexus of Lexington dealership and this was the best car buying experience! When I arrived at the dealership Mr. Pollard (sales consultant) met me at the door with the key in hand so I could test drive the car. I had a trade in and Mr. Day (pre-owned sales manager) assured me that he would do everything he could so I could get top dollar for my Toyota Camry (that had 242,000 miles), and he did! I had already secured financing prior to arriving at the dealership, however that did not keep Mr. Levey (finance manager) from finding me a better deal! This team was professional, attentive, and personable from the beginning to the end!

My drive back home (Nashville, TN) was smooth!

Very disappointed with the service. My Lexus RX350 was delivered damaged with a dent after the oil maintenance and told it did not happen at the service center. Very unethical and untrustworthy. Hope the dealership handles this in a more mature way and fix the damage.

Outstanding service!! We purchased a used car for our daughter attending college in town. Jon, our salesman, treated us like an old friend welcoming us into his home . Even though we didn't purchase a Lexus he said we were now a part of their family and told our daughter not to hesitate to call if she ever had any questions, problems, flat tires etc. It really gives us as parents peace of mind that our daughter has someone to reach out to while she attends college out of town . Before the pandemic I was in the market for Lexus RX, Most of the dealership like this one laughed at me when I said I would like to buy the car completely online, That s what I have been doing past 1 decade. So I bought the car with the other dealership that understood my requirements and me, Recently I contacts this particular dealership again as I was in the market for purchasing Lexus ES 350, but they refused to even negotiate or entertain any discounts. Never buy a car at a sticker price, Any dealership that refused to give any discount is the worst dealership. Minimum discount is between $6,000 to $7,500 always. Plus this particular dealership is expensive and rude. Never I make a mistake to contact them.. they lost a good buyer and at least lost the business of 2 cars... FYI Sales manger is the worst stay away from him...

I bought my 2006 Lexus IS250 as a certified pre owned vehicle from the Lexus Store of Lexington in 2009. I have never had anything but a fantastic experience with the service department. They go above and beyond and I truly appreciate the service I receive, especially from Dave Tungate!! They always do a great job and my vehicle is always clean when I pick it up. It would be very hard for me to own anything else in the future.
