I cannot say enough good things about Lexus of Lex...

I cannot say enough good things about Lexus of Lexington and all of the great people that worked to get me the new Lexus that I brought home yesterday. The last four cars I bought have been Lexus and I have never had one problem with any of them- not even a loose screw. And the guys at Lexus of Lexington were all great to work with. From Sawyer Scandore, who spent so much time and effort to get just the right Lexus and deal that worked for me, Brad Pollard who so patiently helped navigate me through the paper process, Nick Hudson, who explained the financial part of the deal and handled the legal requirements to Cody Leach who thoroughly explained all the technology that came on the car. They were all very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I will continue to buy all my Lexus from Lexus of Lexington.

I can t rave enough about my experience! The professionalism is unbeatable. The service department always goes above and beyond. And last but definitely not least , there s my fabulous new car with all of its fun gadgets. The heated steering wheel is my favorite. Thank you for a seamless transaction and all your patience.

Customer Buying Experience
My sister test drove and discussed a GX460 at this dealership last week and expected the sales person to get back with her the next day with a quote on what they had discussed. She also ask for him to locate a 2020 for her. He did not get back with her at all the next day or the following days. So she took her business to Lexus of Louisville. They was more than happy to help her with her purchase and was very quick on finding and making a deal with her that day. Customer service is the most important part of a car purchase. This dealership needs to train the sales
department on how to treat the customers and make the sale because it will help in the future. Customer is always right and first is what I have been taught through my life and I stand behind that with my job as well.

4 months ago I paid $55 for an oil change. Today ...

4 months ago I paid $55 for an oil change. Today I just paid $77 for the same service. An almost 50% increase in 4 months seems excessive not to mention a $77 oil change. I will have to find somewhere else to go.

I spoke with a salesperson on the phone a day befo...

I spoke with a salesperson on the phone a day before I visit. When I showed up and walked in the showroom the salesperson called my name.

I looked around to be certain he was talking to me and he was. I thought how did he know it was me???....haha

That was the start of a very memorable experience!!! The salesperson had the car I enquired about in a garage out of the weather and cleaned up to give me the best viewing experience.

He then explained all the features of the vehicle then I took a test drive to experience many of the features that my salesperson had previously mentioned!!!

After the test drive the conversation leading up to the finance portion was pretty calm and relaxing. The salesperson presented me with multiple options in respect to payments. This really made me not feel tense and apprehensive.

When it was time to sign on the dotted line, the process was seamless, no pressure and a lot easier than I expected!!!

Everything about my GX purchase at Lexus of Lexington was top notch. Great vechle, great service. My salesman Brad Pollard was very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole dealership is first class. I have purchased the prepaid service plan for the maximum period.

My husband and I bought a RX from Lexus of Lexington and couldn t be happier! From the moment we walked in the door to after the purchase was made and we were shown all the bells and whistles we felt like a priority. Dwayne Bernitt was honest, extremely knowledgeable, and very patient with us throughout the purchase process. We are now Lexus of Lexington customers for life!

Buying experience at Lexus of Lexington was pleasant and I would definitely recommend. I worked with Jeff Payne who was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I was given their lowest price right off the bat on an RX350 and drove the car off the lot the same day.
