One of the worst customer service I dealt with from the finance manager to the disk manger even I left multiple messages to the general manager and will not call back to solve the problem . I least a Lexus LX 570 over a month ago and I drove it back to Salt Lake City , Utah where I live and they did not give me no temporary tag to drive on and the The vehicle been parked in my garage for almost a month I cannot register the car in my state because they will not send me the right paperwork and no we re to go except to file a complaint to the California DMV

This is my review for my super star sales rep. Naz! Naz is very responsive and she makes me feel like she's my advocate. She makes sure to follow through with her words and made the buying of a used car so easy and enjoyable. The car was in tip top condition - Detailed and a full gas tank for the ride home. As for the deal closer - financing team - we had to wait forever to pay cash for a car! Wish that part could be faster for customers.

I got a wonderful shopping experience in Lexus Santa Monica. Nima and his manager Ricky are super professional and make the remote purchase insanely easy and quick! I purchased a car back to early July when I was in NYC and just got my new car in perfecto in late August. Definitely they deserve a five stars rating!

They were professional, NOT pushy, and very patient with us.
Paul was the salesman that helped us and he was very patient, showed us the vehicle we found online as well as 3 others after we finished test driving the first one.
Negotiations were straightforward and to the point.
We signed off in finance with Mark Sanchez and he was very professional, insightful, and well traveled. Did not try to push for any extended warranties or services and was very efficient in his work.

Lexus Santa Monica made the experience of buying my first car better than I could have expected! I had been looking online for a new (used) car for months and finally found a 2019 Honda CRV that had everything I wanted at the Lexus Santa Monica dealership.
