Tried to lease a GX 460 and payment was double what it should of been, actually double. Reason from manager because we can . We left and wont do business there again EVER. All this with 800+ credit score.
We bought a 2012 Jeep Liberty from them and the transmission went out within two months of owning it. They do not thoroughly inspect their used vehicles. I called up there to inform them of the issue and their response was sorry . Now we are out $3,000 for a new transmission. Definitely will never recommend or do business with Lexus of Tulsa again.
Ask for Steve Wolfe, he responded to my inquiry for a Lexus on a Sunday on his day off almost immediately after I put in my request, followed up with me on Monday morning as promised, gave me exceptional service, extremely professional and polite, and not pushy at all. Work with him, you won t regret it!
My appreciation only for dealer which they made it happen for me I am out of state buyer received my Porsche Panamera. I had some request about the vehicle before make the purchase but Lexus of Tulsa did not turn me down they welcome my requests and closed the sale. it has been a month and car drives as it supposed to. This is true review and I think they deserve Five star. Would do business again.
I didn t purchase my Lexus from Lexus of Tulsa, but recently I had to get my RX350 serviced and I was definitely treated me like I was a lifelong customer at all points of contact. Wonderful service! What a fabulous group. I have nothing but great things to say. They also gave me a loaner RX so I wasn t stuck without wheels! My service tech Jason was super helpful and kind. I ll be back!
Sam in the service department was excellent to work with. There was a delay in the maintenance work that he more than made up for with great service. If you want quality customer service, drive a Lexus!

I've been coming to Tulsa to have my Lexus serviced since 2009 and I always satisfied with the treatments from Lexus of Tulsa. I bought my first Lexus from here back in 2008 and brought other Lexus cars here when they needed services. I'm on my 4th Lexus and the treatment I received today is the same as previous visits. Valet persons and service advisors are always professional. Ryan Pickett is my service advisor for my visit and he's great to work with. The facility looks cleaned and sanitized and everyone wore masks. I got all the services I need promptly and it's worth the trip since I live in NW Arkansas.
