We had gone to return our leased car and found Peter Chu who gave us some sound advice. We ended up close the transaction last night itself , all handled professionally and well. The only nitpick we had was on the process and paperwork after the decision which ends up in Lexus dealer waiting for title papers from Lexus/Toyota Financials group. Meaning deals in any payouts.
