These guys are great. We bought a brand new GX460 from Rodrigo and it was a no BS upfront deal. We did have a few complications post sale and they tried to find every solution they could. We mutually found a solution and all was well. Made it worth the trip from Chicago.

Sales manager was not helpful at all, nor the salesperson who followed up with me through text. I was inquiring about a specific car and he seemed less than enthused to help me, look up stock information, or even recommend other dealers when he said the item I wanted wasn't in stock. The only reason why this has stars at all is because the initial person I spoke to who showed me the car was very nice. Will not come back to this Lexus dealership. I spoke to someone at the Lexus Jacksonville dealership and their customer service was 100x better, go to them!
I had a wonderful car buying experience with Tia. I have hated in the past purchasing a new vehicle but Tia made it stress free. Which is how it should be. I live south of Orlando so we needed to communicate frequently and Tia was on point. The young lady that gave me a 101 on my 2021 is 350 F Sport was great !! I forgot her name. Once again, a big kudos to Tia.
I have to say, this was a very pleasant experience. I was in from Ohio looking for a truck and happen to stop by. Nick, my wonderful sales person, went out of his way and was able to help me find the truck I needed. He was honest, with no frills, and helped me on the test drive navigate through Orlando. He was professional and very upfront. The process did take a little longer than expected but it was worth it. I drive my truck back to Ohio with no problems. Thank you all again. Especially Nick, you did wonderful.

Alex was the finance person and he was also helpful. I had done my research about the vehicle I wanted and knew what I was looking for. I was treated respectfully.
