I ordered a glass table and chairs through a professional designer. The glass table top arrived with significantly visible scratches. We requested a replacement and after five weeks the replacement arrived. The second table top was delivered with highly visible "waves" in the glass, so this was also returned. Aggravated by the service, I contacted my designer. According to my designer, the Lexington Furniture rep, John, said, "The scratches would be there in a month anyway" and, "glass is never perfect and it's not going to be perfect, and I spoke to our customer service center and they agree". My expectations as a Lexington customer are to receive a glass table with no scratches and/or HIGHLY VISIBLE defects. To be told that such quality is "standard" or "acceptable" is infuriating. My customer satisfaction level with John and with this Lexington's products and services is unequivocally zero.
