I made the decision not to continue was because of my legal situation , but still the administrator left some people working in the kitchen and those people have not documents , this is a crime keeping iliegal peple in this workplace especially in elmhurst illinois the place is lexington health care center,.

My sister was in the Lexington Health Care Center in Lake Zurich in January until her passing on January 16. I put her in to hospice on the 14th and Paid $3,080. for a weeks care. She had only been in hospice 2 days when she passed. the financial officer told me it would take until the end of February to issue a refund. Well, after waiting the 6 weeks and after numerous phone calls, no refund. Now I am ready to take action by hiring a lawyer and calling Springfield Health Department to report this issue if it is not resolve by the 5th of April. They owe me $2,100 dollars.
