I had an experience with Lewis Ford many years back that led me not to return or even consider your dealership for a new truck purchase. With my husband s prompting I did return and met Tucker.
He restored my faith in your dealership.
He has made me feel valued, and important. He has listened to what I want. He has not tried to pressure me into something I do not want or made me feel like I have to settle for less then what I want.
He has been upfront and honest on selection and price which I really appreciate.
Now don t want to go to another dealership because I won t have Tucker as my representative.
As a professional I would hire Tucker myself and be very proud and honored to have him as an employee.

I can t say enough good about the experience my husband and I had with Lewis Ford. From start to finish we felt like the king and queen for a day. We dealt with Tucker as our magnificent sales person with so much personality , Chris as the forever understanding sales manager and Freddie as our knowledgeable and easy to understand finance person. Customer service was amazing!!! I came in for them to re attach my splash shield that fell off...they were able to schedule me an appointment within a few days. On the day of my appointment I was there for a very short time and they came out and told me they were not giving me a bill. I was very pleased all around and will absolutely be coming back for my next service.

Tucker and Chris and everyone else we dealt with were superb in their positions. I usually loathe going to any dealership shopping for a vehicle because it feels like buzzards circling fresh meat and you end up feeling very processed. At Lewis we had Tucker for our salesman and he was very knowledgeable and overflowing with energy and sincerity, his attitude was very welcoming. Chris (the financial guy) was also very good in his position and respectful and honest with his negotiating skills. Our overall experience was very refreshing compared to most other dealers I ve been to in the past.

Stan Mathis is an amazing salesman. I went in to get a trade in value on my vehicle and walked out with a brand new truck.
