My dog Molly likes this place. Dr. Lewis examined her and was able to diagnose her problem. What I really liked was the patient, thoughtful explanation, of her issue, and a clear understandable plan on how to proceed . His prices are very reasonable. You don't have to make an appointment because they work on a first come first served basis. They take credit cards and the building is wheelchair accessible. Parking isn't a problem.

Worst vet around. Too old to do anything serious to any type of animal. I would never let your animal go under the knife at his vet clinic. Said since our dog was going blind, Oh who cares he is just a dog anyways. As well as many other things. Plenty of more qualified, and knowledgeable vets around. Do let him misdiagnose your animal and act like its no big deal. Go to someone else. Id give zero starts if it were an option.

The staff here is friendly and it s clear they do care about animals. If you need a simple check up that s gonna be cheap, this is the place to go. But if there is something actually wrong with your pet then i wouldn t recommend going here. I brought my kitten here when she started to get severely sick and dr.lewis seemed to belittle the entire sickness even though she looked AWFUL. I made separate trips there and nothing helped nor did dr. Lewis do any kind of test to help figure out what was going on. Great people but not great care.

Dr. Lewis is down to earth, very knowledgable, & never does 'extra' unnecessary tests or procedures to get more money out of you like other vets I have been to. They also take walkins & by appointment.

Dr. Lewis seemed to be knowledgable and was friendly to my 5 month old puppy. However, his practice seems to be dated quite a bit. I took my puppy to his clinic for his next round of vaccinations but seemed to fall short in providing what was necessary for my puppy at his age. For example, he only gave my puppy 2 out of the 5 vaccinations he needed and pretty much said something to the point of 'That's all that I can give him because that's what I do'. Also, he denied giving my puppy his rabies vaccine because he claimed that his growth was not where it needed to be in order to receive a rabies vaccine even though my puppy was past 16 weeks of age.

Ultimately I took my puppy to another veterinary provider and was much more satisfied with their care. They thought it was very strange that he wasn't given a rabies vaccine and were very transparent on what my puppy at his age needed. My puppy now has his rabies vaccine (and did just fine!) and I am now catching up on his vaccines that he was supposed to get. Therefore, though Dr. Lewis provides reasonably priced vaccinations, be aware that you may not be completely satisfied with his care.

between 3/4. My dog was supposed to have some teeth removed and growth of the side of his neck they removed his teeth I'm he's an older dog and really really had a hard time with anesthesia. I was told not to worry about the gross that they weren't cancers with didn't hurt him anything and then continue to grow and grow and two weeks later my dog was lethargic I took him back and he said yeah those need to come out they put him on Tinder again Lot 27 stitches later my 5 lb to Oz is now 3 lb 4 oz critical condition feedings every hour to keep him hydrated and he has gag reflex has any time he tries to swallow I went for a second opinion and they instantly hydrated him gave him a shots and told me how to get him hydrated again. He had a mild stroke and he's had a very hard time coming out of surgery the second time. I'm not God so I have a really hard time making that decision but Monday we will find out if he has improved from all my hard work or if it's time to go see my mom. I went here because of a go fund me page where people donated enough money to do his surgery it was approximately $210 but they didn't cut his gross out that was an additional $240 and an office visit since then which is another 60 so I will be in debt forever with them grateful that they at least are allowing me to make payments but I don't kill me if I have to put him down cuz that's even more money I'm just keep

Didn t do a thorough check up on my cat, just sent us home with antibiotics, when in fact, she was DYING from kidney failure and didn t even bother to do more thorough testing. Absolutely horrible doctor. He needs to retire. I m shocked as how he is even qualified as a veterinarian. He s not specific or thorough. A very haggard man and exudes NO compassion.
