I just moved to Homecoming at Creekside in Natomas, CA. I love my new townhome and all of the amenities offered at Homecoming. It is like living at a resort year round. The leasing office staff is awesome. Amanda and Danielle made moving in go smoothly. They answered all of my questions. Is always there when I need them and very friendly and kind. The rest of the staff is awesome as well. I know that I am going to love living here. Here's to a new leaf on life.

Review from Dominic
When my mom told me we were moving to Sacramento, I was hesitant. When I discovered all of the amenities that Homecoming at Creekside has to offer, my hesitation diminished. I like everything that Homecoming at creekside has to offer. I Love my new home and look forward to using all of the amenities.

When my mom told me about the Movie Theater, player's club, free bike rental, game room, business center, year round heated pool, etc, I was like yeah right mom. When I took the tour of Homecoming at Creekside, and saw that my mom was right, I feel in love and knew that I wanted to make this my new home.

I have lived at CRYSTAL COVE in Las Vegas, NV for over 10 years now and was very happy there until the last 2 years. Now I wouldn't recommend an animal live there! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY or TIME even looking at the apartments! These places seem a bargain and they can be. But the trade off is upper management whom are apathetic and have allowed a beautiful community to become THE HOOD. This community is right next to The Lakes, Peccole Ranch and just a short distance from Summerlin. It should be cleaner, with better people whom understand what it means to live in this area. Instead, it is turning into a Section 8 area. It seems they are only renting out to people whom they claim pass background yet once they move in, they are moving in other people not on the lease and management LETS THEM! Last weekend I walked around the complex and everyone had their garage up and was doing drugs. People park anywhere blocking traffic, trash is everywhere, the "security" is always hiding in the gym sleeping or on their phones, people get their packages stolen all the time and if you complain, you get ostracized. It is very disappointing because the prior manager worked so hard to fix up the place to a higher standard only to have this management just pull it back down. SPEND EXTRA AND GO ELSEWHERE or expect your car to be broken into and live in the Hood in The Lakes!

I live in one of their apartment complexes. There is no parking there and construction noises every day. If you going to complain, think again: nobody would listen to you there and they probably would send you threat letter by their legal department. I hate them and don't recommend anyone to go near this company. Spend your money else where - They are overpriced in my opinion anyway.

I recently put down a $200 deposit to hold the "perfect apartment" for me. I was so looking forward to moving, however, it wouldn't be available for at least 10 days after I was to move out from my rental that was selling. I'd have to stay in a motel for those days. I was notified by the manager that the people in that apartment decided to stay and therefore it was unavailable to me. The office did go to the trouble to find me another apartment but it was smaller and upstairs. I needed a ground floor space. Again, I was still without a place to live for 10 days. I put my things in storage and finally just declined the offer of the smaller second floor apartment. Knowing that I was homeless and sleeping in my car until a motel could accommodate me, the office refused to make the exception to return my $200 in which I really could have used. In my opinion, I felt that if they weren't going to return my money then the people who decided to stay in that apartment should have given me the money. I was very disappointed on how their procedure took place. First off, you have to blindly put down a holding deposit on an apartment since there are none to tour. If there is such a wait list to move into these apartments I'm sure they could have afforded to return my holding deposit.

Our family has been here for about a month at Carmel at Woodcreek in Roseville, and we have had a great experience so far. The staff is extremely friendly & always willing to help with any problem. I will definitely recommend them.
