This firm does an extremely arcane type of law (securities law) which I couldn't ever imagine doing! They seem to do it very well as best I can tell and struck me as very professional when I worked with them on a recent securities matter which has been resolved satisfactorily.
They did as promised and did an excellent job on keeping me informed of what was going on. Communications were a 5 star.
This law firm participates in a horrifyingly grey area in the law. The law firm makes revenue by participating in illegal Short and Distort schemes by advertising themselves during large coordinated stock shorting attacks. These advertisements further benefit the validity of fraud campaigns.
Ambulance chaser firm. Obviously scheming with such short and distort firms as Hindenburg Research and Citron Research. They advertise false "class action" lawsuits against reputable companies for the purpose of scaring investors and thereby bringing the companies stock price down so their partners can profit off of malicious short sales. I would NEVER recommend using this crooked firm. Now the firm wants to claim THEY are being attacked? Just WOW! Remember if someone says to you "sir you are an elephant". Well you can simply laugh that off as lies. But if 10 people tell you you are an elephant..... time to check your breath for peanuts.
I constantly see this firm on yahoo finance trying to gather up clients for a class action lawsuit on a few companies. Looks like they re involved in stock manipulation. I wouldn t be surprised if they have a short position on one or two of the companies that they re going up against. The SEC definitely need to pay close attention to this firm and plenty of others that are involved in this scheme.
Just awful! Should be criminally charged with fraud and making up fake law suits!
This firm is the worst firm in the history of mankind. They create fake cases, short stocks, and try and ruin credibility of hard working people. no one believes them because it is an obvious scam. They should be investigated and if anything happens to any investments made in spac stocks a class action will be filed by shareholders

just judging by all of the reviews you can tell all the 1 star ones are from real people with real experiences, and all the 5 star ones are fake, 1 sentence generic reviews, that don't even talk about any specific experiences. this "law firm" always seems to on the top page of yahoo, and they're always working with the same short seller, Hindenburg, which is very shady. it seems the only purpose of this firm is to manipulate the stock market to make them money.
