What in the Hell ? I saw more than one person on a pallet, being lifted by a forklift. I am going to hope no one gets hurt, but with what I saw, it it just a matter of time. Best of luck to you.

The Maintenance Division for Letterhead Press contacted me in regards to purchasing a truck I had for sale. The two young maintenance men that originally looked at the truck prior to purchasing were polite and courteous. The lead maintenance employee for Letterhead Press "Mike" made the decision to purchase the truck the following week after the weekend. I was very clear that the truck was to be sold as is at its original location, with a bill of sale, and payment was to be cash only. Mike assured me that this was no problem.
After three days of many phone calls he convinced me to meet with him at Park Bank located 35 min. from where I live and that I would be able to cash his business check for cash. I was skeptical and had made it clear to him to confirm this with his bank which he assured me he had. The following day I took off work, had my wife take off work to give me a ride home after the sale. I had my family follow me in their van to the bank location to give me a ride home after the sale. After 30 minutes in the bank the verdict was I could only receive $5,000 cash and would have to take the remainder in a check to wait 7-10 business days to officially clear.
I was not willing to take a chance on a private party check clearing and before I could explain that I was not comfortable with this sale Mike presumed to yell and swear at me in front of the entire bank staff on how I was such a horrible seller. After multiple vulgarities and insults that brought the bank to a standstill Mike stormed out of the bank, leaving me speechless. I then notified my family about this waste of time and to head back to work.
That same afternoon I called Letterhead Press to call and talk with the owner to inform him of this insulting experience and waste of time. I called three times back to back asking the secretary to personally connect me to the owner. The secretary was polite, however, the owner each time forwarded me to his voicemail. This stressful day happened over two weeks ago and I have still not even received a courtesy phone call back.
I cannot recommend enough to not waste your time doing business with Letterhead Press. If this is how they believe in performing business or taking care of their customers I would highly recommend NOT wasting your time to be not only disappointed, but insulted in the end.
