I think this restaurant deserves 5 stars from the staffs anticipation, ingredients selected, perfect preparation skill, wine list (not huge but cover enough varieties for normal guest) to great ambience & amenities in the toilet.

Chef has done a good job on selecting the ingredients & very well executing. Every individual 6 courses has good round taste, well complimented each and every ingredients uses.
How could French cooking without butter & the chef just uses enough to feel the present but not too rich until you feel overwhelm.
Front of house are very friendly, tried very hard to please his guests, even using the language not his mother tongue. Attending to the guest & say Good Bye at the door until my car departed
I rarely have 2 hours & 6 courses meal stress free as little as Yen18,000/person (which include a bottle of good Burgundy)

Everything was delicious, but am I a sauce of Japanese pepper oil and fresh cream? Was very delicious.

The spicy feeling of Japanese pepper remains in my mouth, but thanks to the cream, it became mellow, and the fish was fluffy, so I was impressed and ate it.

It is a shop where you can eat various kinds of terrine.
It seems that he has won Michelin 1 for 14 consecutive years!
The first amuse is a soft serve ice cream cone with sea urchin cream, salmon roe, and cod eggs on it, which is light but rich.
The small cold terrine is made with squid. I forgot what the crispy texture of the vegetables, the crunchy texture of the squid, and the ice cream on it were, but it was insanely delicious!
Potage using oysters also has a rich butter and truffle scent!
I chose Yezo deer and foie gras terrine as the main terrine, but I forgot to take a picture.
But it was the first taste and it was very delicious!
The main fish is Spanish mackerel poele. It's fluffy and the sauce is delicious, and the nuts on it have a nice texture!
The main meat is Yezo deer! Although it is a deer, it has no odor and is soft and I want to eat it again!

Even though it has Michelin, it is a very warm and cozy shop. Corona measures were also perfect.

Recently, my liquor has become really weak and I toasted with Kir Royale. The color is very beautiful.
