We must run away from this company, no respect for the employees

Telephone harassment, endless receipt of mails, almost daily receipt of mails, receipt of subscriptions presented in the form of an invoice! A shame for a legal services company! I have asked several times (phone, email) to stop this canvassing, which could be qualified as harassment, to no avail. To flee!

over priced and too arrogant, they pretend to be Americans and they are NOT

I was approached that day at 16:30 for a person (woman who seems to smoke and drink as hoarse voice) with an aggressive tone.
Do not go if you do not have commercial fiber.

I bought a used Memento Francis Lefebvre Associations, but recently, to a person who did not need it anymore. On the cover, it says "Digital version: access code in 1st page".
I could not access the digital version. There is no indication on the book that access to the digital version can only be used by the first owner of Memento. It's a deception on the very cover of the book. The customer service confirmed me in this impossibility. Hard for an association that could not afford to buy the new book !!!!

As soon as you set foot in FL, it becomes very difficult to get rid of it! Phone calls "what do you think of your work? Would you be interested in another work?", Daily legal information mails with "unsubscribe" link not working! I sent an LRAR to request to be removed from all their files!

DON'T BUY HERE!
You get harrassed fot a length of time with (mail) propositions to order with them..
ANNOYING!!

As a lessor, I ordered the real estate pack on May 12, thinking I had professionals and quality. The content and formatting are deplorable. We find better for free on the Internet.

Terrible after-sales service, I ordered a book from them on September 30, I still have not been delivered and I cannot claim a refund, the telephone service is catastrophic: an arrogant and incompetent lady! I strongly advise against!
