Embarrassment of academy. I bought some classes on Skype and now they refuse to teach them. Of course they don't return my money. I do not recommend it at all. There are better German academies in Madrid

Very good professionals, the treatment is excellent.

We paid a pack of classes and the teacher was unable to teach them. We have been waiting for more than 1 month to contact the academy. We have never been able to contact ANYONE from the academy and we have no solution or money back.
